I ordered a close coupled toilet when I went to install I found that the cistern water inlet holes did not line up. I contacted them with my problem and they immediately sent out a replacement cistern. They were not at fault because the product numbers on both boxes matched. Toilet is now fitted and perfect . They delivered new cistern and collected old one. PERFECT!

Ordered a gun cabinet, arrived quickly, good quality and well packaged. Good communication. Overall very happy with purchase and the service. Would use again.

I ordered a cabinet for my husband, unfortunately we experienced a problem with the keys being damaged for the locks, Kian sent us replacement locks in a bid to rectify the issue, after a failed attempt the first time he sent a second lock with no quibbles until the problem was resolved. He was polite and helpful.
I found the experience with this company and Kian easy and stress free.

Ordered a transmission stand from them used it once it then broke tried numerous times toncontact them and when they did reply they just fobbed. I then bought a clarke transmission stand which when put at the side of there's shows how cheap and sub standard the stuff they sell really is AVOID dirty pro tools buy cheap buy twice

After contacting about an issue with the lock on my 6 gun cabinet they were quick to sort out problem. They sent out a brand new mechanism and lock and with a little fettling it all works perfect now. I also would like to add the cabinet is of a very good quality and build. Top marks Dirty pro tools

Placed a large order through B&Q and Victorian Plumbing, using a variety of couriers. However Dirty Pro Tools were the only company with zero movement on their delivery date despite me advising no one was home. Seeing they wouldn’t move on dates I made sure someone was home from early afternoon onwards, just for them to deliver early morning and leave the item on the mud on our drive. Completely put me off ever using them again with zero movement or consideration in their delivery service.

AVOID. Bought a gun cabinet in late November off Amazon. Due to be dispatched 9 Dec as I chose 12 Dec for delivery via an email request. Got another email request later out the blue that only then offered Christmas Eve or late December for delivery - weird. Day came and went and nothing heard. Been over a month now and Amazon say ‘parcel is possibly lost’ and can’t get a refund as it ‘might still be delivered’. What on earth are you playing at?

Ordered safe off eBay - excellent price for a superior quality small safe. I have bought safes over the years and all basically the same. But this one is superb, far more robust and functional, and was well documents and extra spare batteries & fittings inside. Was sent very fast, proper carrier, and secure - excellent speedy service from this company and top quality item. Will buy again and I recommend them to anyone on eBay. Take a look at their listing and all they say about it's a sturdy clever design and all is correct for me - unlike 2 others I have had recently and have had to return - flimsy and/or faulty ebay stuff. Deal with Confidence.

Ordered a back to wall toilet off Amazon.

Cistern does not line up with bowl so it is impossible to install. Also rocking on the bowl as the waste trap is lower than the base meaning it could potentially crack under pressure??

I will update my review based on the customer service received.

Contacted via amazon messaging to resolve the issue. Will update when fully resolved.

Delivered replacement, but this has the same issue. A refund has been issued so I now need to find a suitable toilet once funds have cleared.

AVOID.
Twice now I've ordered items. The first, once payed was 'cancelled' and refunded a couple of day later!
Hoping this was a one off...
Ordered a lift table last week, it was due for delivery this week.... and order cancelled today!!!!!
And now another 5 to 7 days before refund!

First time using them through Amazon, not a very good experience. Ordered an acrylic bath panel on Sunday, date was Tuesday for delivery. Received an email requesting myself to chose a delivery date, earliest availability was Friday, item should’ve just been shipped for Tuesday

Next issue, panel they sent was the wrong size, my view very incompetent

In reply to your response, the wrong panel was sent. Yes the width was correct. 1700, but the height was incorrect. This error was omitted by a representative of your company.. I would never ever use you guys again

I bought 3 motorcycles stands for my new business. The item wasn't the cheapest on the market but very reasonable. Great quality and fast delivery.

Bought a leaf blower / shredder from eBay. Arrived quickly & very easy to assemble & use. Had an issue with the collection bag which was replaced very promptly by the customer service team.

I ordered a 2 & 3 Seater sofa from this company and I can say the service from start to finish was excellent!! (FIVE STAR*****) The product came on time well wrapped with super quick on time delivery. One of the arms on the 2 Seater sofa had a broken zip so I made contact on the day and Kian was back with a reply straight away. A new replacement was delivered in a matter of days!

Ordered a swing chair from b&q, which turned out to come from this company.
3 occasions delivery was changed without any contact with myself, eventually it was cancelled, I am still awaiting a refund.
Even worse is that this company uses / provides tracking information for a company called SMG Direct which so happens to be dissolved ??
Surely this is fraud ?

Cannot fault my experience, I did have a issue with the item I purchased but they rectified it straight away.
Communication was excellent highly recommended have purchased before I’m sure I would buy again.
