We went to collect and they didnt know who we were and no manual how to put legs on

After I ordered and paid for my goods online, I received a phone call the next day to say they don't even have stock. MAYBE mid December

They advertise things that are not on stock after you pay they tell you it's out of stock. They don't even compensate you with some sort of discount maybe on the transport cost, they tell u cancel the order or wait

I made a purchase online and it was hussle free. I then got an email from Discount Decor regarding banking details and ref number. I then paid and called ur offices. Spoke to a lovely lady called Palesa. She was very helpful and asked me if I'm going to collect and if I need them assembled or not. She called me again after a week to let me know that all is well the chairs are waiting for me. Ohh wow I was blown away of her service really.

I ordered an item and it should have been delivered on Monday. I didn’t get a phone call, and so I called asking where my item is and I was told that it was out of stock and would only come on the 10th to the 13th. I think the website should have been updated to say that it’s sold out, I also should have been kept in the loop in time. I called a few times for news on the delivery of another item and everytime I call, I’m told that the sales person is not at the desk but would return my call. That never happened. I ended up calling and telling them I will not hang up until l get the sales person assigned to me. I do understand that Black Friday sales might have created a mad show but effective communication goes a long way especially when the client is trying to be understanding.

Service was excellent. Aus Palesa was very helpful. Everything including payment went well. I love the bed so much. It was delivered safely to my house

the chairs were received loose with out any proper packaging to protect the various loose items.
the bracket supplied to support the legs of the chair did no align and had to be bent to align with the holes.

Everything was perfect until we unwrapped the table at home, it has multiple scratches that are deep on the table top. I don't have time to return it, very disappointed after, receiving good customer service from Palesa in arranging the collection. I can't recommend this to anyone because I feel cheated.

Excellent assistance as resolving issues, friendly and extremely helpful staff... I am most pleased and impressed.

I have placed an ordered last week Thursdays had to call for update on Thursdays and they said they gonna call me for updates on Friday since they said they have ordered the box mattress even now I don't what my order stands no one is calling and my order status has since been in processing

Thank you Edwin for assisting me and getting my bed to me as soon as possible. I will come back in the future.

The desk was delivered with a broken handle. Nathi, the delivery person promised to return on Sunday morning with a new handle but did not pitch.

i also reported the issue to Glen at his email address but did not receive a response.

please urgently advise if you will be replacing the desk.

Pay for delivery and have them assemble the items that need to. relatively cheap price and acceptable quality BUT assembling pieces that were not measured and cut properly was hell. The holes were marked at wrong places which resulted in the need to go to the hardware store for tools.

They were very helpful. I paid and they delivered the next day. Well done.. definitely use them again... Sergio A
