Discounted Bikes - Shropshire  Avis

The cycle arrived on time, well packaged, in good condition, fairly priced and worth taking to a local, well recommended, cycle shop, to be assembled. I have no hesitation in recommending Discounted Bikes of Shropshire.

I never received my bike but your company refuses to do anything about it which i fined disgusting as a customer

Easy to contact the company with queries and quick response . Kept us informed of progress from dispatch to delivery of Squish bike for my grandson. Great price and free delivery to northern Ireland

Minimal stock online for the WLB tyre that I wanted. Discounted Bikes stocked it, the price was good, the delivery was good and the product arrived as described. Would recommend for future purchases.

Good quick service and good price

Bought a bike and accessories from discounted bikes the service and communication were excellent very highly recommended

Fantastic shop, great prices, delivered early, packaged very well!
Thank you! Definitely buying all my bikes from here moving forward

The price and customer service were spot on. Sadly the Owner Kevin had a few issues with the delivery company and I never received tracking, however the bike arrived on the day specified on my receipt text. Luckily just in time for RIDE THE LIGHTS in Blackpool. The bike came with the required multi spanner and alankey and only took 45 mins to get it in perfect order.

I highly recommend this company

Excellent price and very quick dispatch. Happy with the bike I got.

Overall the transaction was hassle free. There was a bit of a hold up from the warehouse but these things happen. Communication throughout was great and will shop again here. Thank you

Great product, delivered on time and at a great price. Thanks.

Quick prompt service and great communication on delivery. Product arrived as advertised and easy to put together. Online video helped and was clear.

Great buying experience, brilliant communication on delivery. I’d highly recommend this company.

Kept up to date with delay in delivery and when delivered, the bike was exactly as they said it would be - very pleased with it 😊

Discounted Bikes provided excellent service at a good price. I chose to pay and have the bike (mostly) assembled by their technicians. It arrived promptly and very well packaged. All I had to do was fit the pedals and adjust the handlebars and I was ready for the road.
I don't hesitate in recommending Discounted Bikes.

First time ordering with this company can not recommend them enough first class with everything 👍

The first thing to say is there was no one who could compete with the price. Communication was second to none. Kev even replied to me while he was on holiday. The only thing that let them down was no information for delivery. Even though I got a tracking number it never showed up on the delivery messages and the bike turn up without any messages to say it was out for delivery it just turned up out of the blue.
(Good job I was at home)

Prompt delivery and everything as it should be. Easy assembly and bike working very well

Fantastic price for a great bike. The Claud Butler Ridge was delivered within 48 hours. A tiny issue with the front wheel which needed to be trued was easily solved at no cost to myself. The bike itself is fantastic to ride. Love the colour the E Tech is brilliant and easy to use. Would recommend the bike but more importantly would most definitely recommend the seller. Not all online purchases are this uncomplicated. And not all sellers are this easy to contact and willing to help after you have taken delivery of the item.
