I called their team with a few questions, and they were really helpful in getting my policy set up correctly and answering all of my concerns.

Don’t know if these guys are legit or not. They don’t answer phone or respond to emails. Waiting for refund on a unit. Poor business practices at the very least.

"It is a scam. I purchased insurance with them, and when I filed a claim, they referred me to Airparking Insurance, who neither answer calls nor respond to emails. My claim has been pending since April 26, and no one takes responsibility. Both companies are scammers."

I got a policy with Discount Storage Insurance last year. I was very happy with the cost and the fact I could pay monthly, it was much less than the storage facility wanted. I signed up online and I got confirmation right away to show my storage facility. I really like the fact that as I have finally emptied my unit it was extremely easy to cancel the policy. Thanks Discount, you made my move a lot easier.

Scam Artists they sold me a policy agreeing to a contract then when I needed to make a claim they denied the claim and said they would refund me what I paid them for Insurance, crooks, I could have gotten a policy through a legit company and my claim would be paid. This will be going to court I promise I will cost them a lot more money in legal fees I don't care if I win or lose but I will run up their legal expenses

Paid for a whole year of insurance canceled after four months and they would not refund any of my money from the policy

Got my policy quickly and without problems. I tried our their contact number and got to speak with helpful representatives that led me to get my policy configured in under 10 minutes. My storage location had much higher fees for similar coverage so im happy with the decision.
