I ordered two Airpods, but nothing was shipped. This looks like a scam.

I ordered 12/19/24 AirPods for my kids and still NOTHING! They don’t return emails or have a valid phone number. These are fool on scammer’s.

I ordered my son a pair of air pods early dec 2023 and still haven't received them. I've emailed them multiple times with no reply at all. They stole almost 80 bucks from me. They are FAKE DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.

Total scam - - they do not take customer service calls and do not reply to emails. Tried to return a defective AirPod product - total waste - do not buy from them!

Highly upset I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from this specific company placed an order on 13th of December 2023 and was told that it had a shipping label on the 15th and received the invoice on the 15th immediately withdrawn from my account on the 13th and then on the 19th it updates and tells me that it’s been shipped out. I’ve checked with UPS and I’ve tried to reach out to the carrier and tried to reach out to the company itself and got nothing other than there was a shipping label made, and that was all, so I have began the process of a dispute with my bank to get my money reimbursed. I have reached out on email over five times sent proof that I have not received the package and I have also not received a refund or respond and at this point any bank that files a dispute has 10 days for a customer to respond. If the customer doesn’t respond, you automatically get the funds so I would suggest instead of law enforcement , because that is a longer route to go file a dispute with your bank and let’s be honest if they’re not emailing any of their customers back, I highly doubt that they’ll email a bank back about fraud. And also reminder if a bank files a dispute what happens is they turn around and they will file a claim against them with the Better Business Bureau and have the site shut down after so many disputes have been made.
SIDE NOTE.
After I thought I was me and juke by this company I went ahead and bought a pair of myself from a local place. It’s good to find a bargain now and then, but I’m not gonna be robbed blind by a company who claims to be verified at this point I’d rather pay the extra money and know I’m actually going to receive what I order.

Ordered a set of “new” AirPods on 12/4. Did not receive the set of AirPods in the mail until 12/26. Upon unboxing the AirPods they looked decent until trying them out. The right Airpod loses all battery power after moments of using. After further research with Apple I was advised this was an already previously warrantied serial number set I was sent by discountstorebargains.com so it seems like I was scammed. It also seems knowing this they already knew the AirPods were damaged prior to sending them yet they were advertised as “new”. I contacted customer support in hopes they will make a return or refund my money to make it right, but have yet to hear any response. Incredibly disappointed so far.

If I could jus give no stars that’s exactly what it would be I don’t wanna repeat the same thing everyone has been saying but if ur in doubt pls pls do not order from this co I ordered on nov 27 and still have yet to receive anything let alone a email back or any type of response the shipping label has been created since 12/1 but we are near Feb and the status has not changed nor have I received anything it’s sad that you have ppl scamming ppl out of their hard worked money and jus as another said this site is to blame if u stop posting fake reviews I believe a lot of ppl wouldn’t have spent their money there!!!!! It’s a scam and even if it’s not there’s no way to talk to anybody live so with that being said don’t use them!!

Total scam. Shipped a broken product, won't respond at all to multiple refund requests.

I purchased what I thought were brand new AirPods 2nd generation, but they turned out to be not functioning properly. After contacting them, they sent me a return label via email. However, after I sent the AirPods back, hoping for an exchange, weeks passed without any response despite my numerous emails attempting to get someone to provide an update.
Finally, frustrated, I said, "This will be my last email; then I’ll be forced to reach out to the BBB." Within an hour of sending that email, I received a response from Louis, who identified himself as the loss and prevention person. He stated that because I was "threatening them," I was now subject to a $200 fine according to their small print arbitration clause. He warned that if I did not comply, I would forfeit my rights to any refund or exchange, and he would send my account to collections. During our exchanges, Louis's tone was very threatening and intimidating, like using all capital letters “LET ME BE CLEAR” - f I did not agree to their fine print, which included fines and other shady terms, I would forfeit my rights, and they wouldn't help me.
I have never, in all my life as a consumer, been harassed and threatened by a company like this. Louis came out swinging after months of silence, during which I was simply trying to find out the status of my product.
I tried reaching out after the new year, hoping we could resolve this issue and start the new year on a positive note, but I received no response. I wanted to give them one more chance before taking further action.
I realize I will probably never see the money or time I have spent reporting this to every government watchdog, including the NJ Consumer Affairs officer, everyone short of police, which will be next if I receive any kind of further harassment. I will not stand by and let someone else lose their money with a side of full-on threats and intimidation. Stay away, people.

This store is a scam the AirPods are not real there fake, and also it took about 2 months to get to my door. I had high hopes when I got them but just to realize they where fake

Type:: Apple AirPods 2 with Wireless Charging Case - (New in Box)) Dec.22.23 checked daily it is now Jan.10.24 just for it to still say order is being processed. Sent emails and calls just to cancel my order and refund my money. If my money doesn’t return back to me immediately I will most definitely get law enforcement involved and file a lawsuit and a civil case not only for how much they owe me back but the suffering for lost wages waiting for my refund. I will not recommend this website to anyone.

They are scamming people and should be arrested!!!

Ordered Airpod pros a month ago. Website says that my order is “Still being processed”. The website said beforehand that I would have the airpods by Christmas eve. It is now January 7th. They do not respond to email whatsoever. Website is a complete scam do not use it.

Ordered AirPods Nov 30 for my son’s Xmas present. Got confirmation of label generated. However, no other info has been released. I have called and emailed several times with no success. When I researched the company it got descent reviews.

Never received my purchase. They do not answer emails and there are no actual people to talk to when you call their number.

This is a follow up on my review and I still haven't received a response from discount store bargains. They were a scam and I must say that the main reason I took a chance and order Ed from this company besides the fact that it sounded to good to be true was because I thought the reviews on trust pilot was legitimate but they're a part of the e problem. Fake reviews . They'll probably take this down . But those who have an ear to hear take heed.

Ordered December 10. Got email December 11 saying item had shipped. UPS still says "Shipping Label Created, USPS Awaiting Item" on January 4. Seller did not respond to my customer service email from December 18. Phone number offers no way to speak with a person and refers back to their website. Site appears to be a fraud. Will contest charges with my credit card company.

Ordered on 12/19 . Item never showed up. No reply to calls or emails. Same as all other reviews. I filed a complaint with the FCC. It took 2 minutes. Hope my bank will refund the money.
