I have never worked with Discount Mugs before, and had a few questions. I was lucky to get Washington Montenegro on the phone! He was so polite and helpful! He was patient while I threw several different scenarios at him, while I tried to decide what was the best decision for me to make! AND when I asked about quality of a product, he gave me honest assessments, and recommended the product that he would use. I can't wait to get the bags I ordered!

After working with some other companies I was hesitant to contact another one but what a great surprise! I spoke with Hebert del Villar - and placed my order DM1629060. My questions were answered quickly and the pricing was great! I highly recommend.

I needed some mugs for a client and I had an odd request and I wanted to see if it was possible. I called, and talked to Hebert del Villar and before you knew it, the question I had was answered and the order was placed for my client. It was extremely easy and simple to order the product. And Hebert was super easy to work with.
