When looking for a new car, the most important aspect is obviously cost but the second most important is the whole process of financing and form filling (which I tend to hate). The whole process from start to finish was an absolute delight. I only dealt with Jack - what a man! Jack steered and advised me through all the paperwork and from a pretty much first contact to my new car being delivered to my front door, everything was easy and smooth. The whole process was seamless particularly in current lockdown circumstances. Jack dealt with my ‘many’ questions and queries promptly and despite a number of issues with stock, which was out of his control, Jack managed to secure a car which was a higher spec than the original one ordered for the same price.

In a difficult time with a vehicle recall and lockdown I was kept well informed of situation.

Excellent service, Corvus virus got in the way of delivery, but DCL is the way to go for leasing.

Service could not be faulted. Ordered my car just before lockdown so the delivery was a little later than initially hoped for but totally understandable given the circumstances.
