Good service. Good product. Just what I wanted.

Seems impossible to find Dishmatic replacement brushheads in supermarkets these days, without having to buy a whole new brush too, so great to be able to order them so easily online, and they arrived quickly in the post. Only issue is the bristles are not nearly as sturdy as Ecoforce replacement brushes were (company appears to no longer be trading), so they do not last as long as we are used to, which ultimately means more plastic in the bin...

Unfortunately they do not make the same quality product anymore and I ended up buying the next best thing. My mistake.

Used one of these for years but I recently bought sone new ones with the brush attachment. The new ones have changed the handle design with a screw on part to allow filling. All of the ones I purchased now leak at the refill point. The part that screws and unscrews does not seal properly even if screwed on fully. Not fit for purpose, washing up liquid leaks everywhere from top of handle.

I bought some refills for my dishmatic washing up brush, but the refills keep falling off the handle. It doesn't clip onto the rear of the handle so when you're washing up the sponge bit just slips off every time. Really annoying. On the packaging it says these refills fit ALL DISH MATIC BRUSHES. It's quite obvious they don't.

Been using dishmatic sponges for years now, More recently we believe there no longer a good product to buy, after a few times off using it the sponge it peels off and no longer usable, these items have also got expensive, therefor don’t believe we will be using the product in the near future

As others have said, I've used Dishmatic for years and they have been great but have found for the last 6 months or so the sponge head comes away from the plastic attachment very quickly (way before the sponge has had full use). I thought it may have been a bad batch but unfortunately it continues to happen and I suspect it is due to a change in glue. I have even tried being more gentle when washing up but it still happens. I think I will need to try changing brands.

Good - Prompt and as expected

What has happened to your refills! I have bought them for years but the last two lots have just fallen apart! The sponge just rips away from the plastic grip, they have lasted less than a week!! Please sort it out Dishmatic or unfortunately I will have to switch to another brand.
UPDATE: The Support Team from Dishmatic got in touch with me after seeing my review which I was very impressed with! They apologised for the faulty brush heads and have also sent me some replacements. I haven’t used them as yet but thought they deserved a star upgrade just for the service.

They used to be great but lately the sponge comes apart from the plastic clip on part everytime! It’s so annoying! They don’t last like they used to , therefore a waste of money so I don’t bother buying them anymore

These products are fantastic they make washing up so easy, they are well made. I love them and would not be with out them.

Delivery was great the website has abit not available and I was sad I couldn't get it but I got alot so I am happy over all

The replacement head for my washing up brush is very poor quality; it looked tatty after the very first time it was used, and after a couple of weeks all the bristles are weak and misshapen. I am so disappointed, as the original head lasted for about two years before it looked tired. I thought this washing up brush was such a good idea, but only if the quality is better than this replacement head.

Great dish brush and really useful to be able to replace the head rather than the whole brush. However, can only source the heads from Dishmatic and, more importantly, can only buy them in packs of 1. I bought four for the same postage as one.
