Delicious food, easy to prepare without the hassle of preparing all the flavoursome extras. The prawns were superb and the pork was melt in the mouth.
Not for diabetics! Too much sugar with the meringue dessert.

Michel Roux Jr Meals are wonderful!
I order frequently from Dishpatch just for myself, which means that I have meals for 2-3 days, which is an incredible weekend treat. My last order was Michel’s French Feast and every part of it was incredibly delicious just as my other Michel Roux Jr orders over the last 4 years have always been. It was as usual very easy to prepare and Dishpatch delivery and packing was excellent.

First meal box from Dishpatch but I have tried other companies. Th range was great and the food incredible. I chose the lobster meal as it was something I hadn’t prepared myself. It was so easy and the instructions were easy to follow and speedy. I’ve already ordered the same one for Christmas Day

Goila Butter Chicken Feast ... not!
Our third meal and by far the worst yet! Whilst accepting the high end price hopefully, in exchange for the skill and creativity of the chef and quality of the ingredients, this offering fell well short in all respects. The meal for 2 was £60 but we paid £40 given a supper club discount. The meal was essentially 1 main dish with a dal side & naan bread. A portion of tiny popadoms and 3 chutneys (perhaps 2 tablespoons each). The popadoms were very highly spiced and killed any chutney flavour. The butter chicken main was also more highly spiced than typical restaurant dishes whilst the dal was nondescript! The naan was passable.
Poor flavours, poor portion sizes & poor value....our local takeaway would have knocked it into a cocked hat & for 25% less money.

We have had several meals from Dishpatch before and enjoyed trying some new and old favourites from established chefs. All without the extensive time involved in preparing the depth of taste from experienced chefs.
Overall, lovely, tasty food and often some left over to add to food for another day!

An Indian meal at home
We ordered a meal from a chef we knew whose restaurant is not a dog friendly one. The food was good however my husband found a sharp long bone in the duck samosa which was dangerous. It recommended the meal for 2 to 4 people, it is a bit of a stretch for 4.
I contacted the company and they acknowledged that this should not have happened and are dealing with the supplier. On top of this they have refunded me the cost of the whole meal. Very well done.

What a fabulous meal
What a fabulous meal. This is the third one we have enjoyed. This time was Sabrina Ghayour’s spiced feta bastilla. Oh my gosh the flavours! The meal was so pretty, the food was absolutely delicious. Easy to assemble and heat up, time for a glass of wine in anticipation. Everything arrived on time, well packed and laid out, the instructions very clear and simple and great value for money. We have had used them twice. Recommended
We have had two meals - one fish, one vegetarian. The fish dish was very good, the vegetarians (and I’m not a vegetarian) was exceptional. individual portions are good, taking the meal as a whole, very good.

Product was seafood and despatched with…
Product was seafood and despatched with one single freeze cold pack on the bottom. Delivery is anytime up until 7pm and ours arrived at around 5pm and the freeze pack was totally defrosted and although the product next to that was still cool, the top items weren’t so couldn’t risk eating it. For price of postage they should post for delivery before 1pm and items should have freeze packs top and bottom. Received full refund but wouldn’t use again for this reason.

Speaking with our support team we can confirm that your first order was indeed refunded in full as well as our team issuing additional compensation regarding the issues faced with your first order. Which we can see you have indeed used on the second order, so we're glad that you made use of it.
In terms of delivery times, we do clearly state on the website that orders can arrive anywhere between 7am - 10pm on the day of delivery, though the vast majority do arrive before 7pm. DPD do however offer a pre 2pm delivery slot time, which is available for purchase for all customers. We do not include this extra delivery fee in the cost of our menus. Firstly because we like to give our customers as many options to organise their deliveries as possible, some customer like to have their menus delivered the day before and save on additional delivery fees for example. Additionally having this cost built in to menus would in turn make the overall cost much higher, as we do want to keep prices as reasonable as possible.
With this being said we're sorry you didn't enjoy your experience with us.
