I am absolutely blown away by the incredible service and speed! We needed graphic reprints for our trade show displays, and the team made the entire process seamless. A huge thank you to Miranda for being so efficient, helpful, and responsive throughout. Also, a big shoutout to Enfanie for providing the proofs so quickly for confirmation. The shipping speed was mind-blowing, our order was shipped the very next day after we approved the proofs, and it arrived in just 2 business days! Great Display! Zippers came off at 1st Use :(
The set up is excellent! Design process was good. The print is very good and really like the display. But the zippers came off on my first use of the display. Thankfully it was zipped up so I could get through the tradeshow, but a total pain after and not sure what to do for the next one.

We received the new table throw but it does not fit the 6 foot table properly and therefore will not be using it.

Our Ultra-Fit table throws are tailored to be very form fitting to the table dimensions provided, and while many tables are labeled as 6-foot in length, the actual width, depth, and height can vary slightly between manufacturers.

Unlike prev Orders, a littly quirky / jankey
In the past I have Zero complaints regarding my products from D.O. This order though, the mechanism in the Retractable Banner is extremely difficult to extract & upon retraction, refuses to do so several times until complete (Unlike previous orders). It also scrapes along the side, no matter how careful to extend, thus has scarred paint off. Perhaps was assembled b4 completely dry, or not cut square, or attached non-square b4 original rolling onto mechanism. Am surely hoping it does not snag , cut or break at my event.

The customer service was amazing!
The customer service was amazing! We had trouble with getting our graphics formatted properly. That was frustrating, but the staff was great at walking us through the process, reviewing the draft and revisions until everything was correct. The turnaround time once the graphics were right was about 3 dsays!
