Honestly I cant believe the amount of change I was able to see in not just my body but also my mind is just 12 weeks. I had a trainer before but Michael really gets personal and taught me how to stop doubting myself and helped me regain my confidence and build discipline. I feel like I can literally coach somebody after working with him! Strongly recommend. Don't waste time thinking about it. This is a game changer for real! I have my brother signing up to start in January as well. Amazing decision! not to mention he offer payment plans. I only paid $38 a month!!!

I've been working out with Disrobed Fitness for a few weeks so far an I'm already seeing results! And using the provided app makes working out easy and convenient. I just open the app, check the my workout for the day, and then I just do it. And the app keeps track of my workout results!

Super helpful and supportive. I'm just a month in and I'm already feeling and looking better than ever. Helped me with mobility and already building muscle mass. I'm so happy I decided to give this a shot. If you are on the fence about online trainin i would strongly recommend going with disrobed fitness.
