Product is as described, but I’m quite disappointed that I wasn’t informed upfront about the extra customs fees. It would have been nice to know before ordering

Hi there and thanks for the feedback. It is described in the 'Delivery & Returns' section that extra customs fees may be incurred as you are based in Germany - https://www.dissentskateshop.co.uk/pages/delivery-returns . This is totally out of our control and is the responsibility of the importer since leaving the EU but it is clearly stated in the section.
