It’s also important to mention that our replies were sent to the same email you provided when placing your order on our website. In our response, we informed you that you were writing to us from a different email address than the one registered with Dito Collective, which likely caused the misunderstanding or prevented you from seeing our replies.
We are a small company and, especially during Black Friday week, we work very hard to handle all requests as quickly as possible. Still, we fully understand how frustrating it can be to feel like you haven't received a response.
