You have all my details. Your customer service buffoons think that keeping people's money is a big joke. It's classed as stealing. Please forward the name of your boss so I can pass on to European trading standards.

Don't know why this company has two review sites with trustpilot especially as the other review site is very misleading. This company is not to be trusted. Complete clowns in their customer service (Daniel, Simon & Peter) who enjoy telling lies and conning their customers. Looking at all the other reviews here 'Emma' never seems to be able to find your order in their system. Reported to ECC.

Item not received.. neither I got refund

My order from October was never received. After several contradictory messages, I was told that the parcel was being sent back to Ditur by the currier company Evri. Asked when will I get my refund, still no answers to my email. Almost a month and a half since I paid for something that I never received. Very disappointing and unprofessional.

Absolutely not recommended!

Absolutely not recommended! A few months ago, I ordered two children's watches with payment via BLIK. It turned out the order was canceled due to a supposed lack of payment. I filed a complaint with my bank, which confirmed the money had been transferred. Contacting Ditur support was of no help, and their explanations are absurd. I read, among other things, that "they don't have a Polish account, so I couldn't send them any money." ABSURD! If the payment options include BLIK payment in złoty, what went wrong?!I’d advise you to avoid this store at all costs!

Absolute Joke!

I have been contacting your customer service team since August. I purchased a Sif Jakobs ring on 15th August. Despite contacting both the UK and European email support addresses, noone has had the decency to reply. The tracking info stopped on 22.08.25. There has been nothing since. You are nothing more than criminals and fraudsters.

Fraud twins Mikkel and Kasper Dissing

A family member bought a watch from Ditur with his confirmation money (konfirmationspenge) in good faith.

But the watch was actually just a poor quality cheap Chinese watch, which the fraud twins Mikkel and Kasper Dissing had slapped a fake story and a fancy name on.

May these twins have an infinitely bad taste in their mouths. What a way to deceive people.

Ditur er blot billige TEMU-ure

Ditur sælger mest billige TEMU-ure til den 5-10-dobbelte pris. Et godt eksempel på grådighed, og årsagen til at vi ikke vælger danske firmaer, men køber det billige bras direkte i f.eks. Kina, i stedet for at lægge 1000-vis af kroner i smarte sælgeres lommer

Vi har fuld forståelse for, at den aktuelle mediedækning kan skabe forvirring. Derfor vil jeg gerne belyse anklagerne for dig.

I artiklerne kritiseres urværket Sunon PE90, som vi bruger i under 10% af vores egenproducerede ure. Vi bruger dog også japanske Miyota, Seiko og schweiziske Ronda. Sunon PE90 kan man også finde i andre ure, men der tages i sammenligningen ikke højde for andre komponenter af et ur, f.eks. typen af stål, glasset, lænken, som også har betydning for kvalitet og pris.

Dertil får du ved en dansk virksomhed andre fordele som dansk kundeservice og reklamationsret, ligesom vi er underlagt strengere krav samt betaler dansk moms, afgifter og lign.

SCAM!! Terrible watches & terrible service.

SCAM!!! I ordered a watch from them. It did not ship so I had to chase them up and eventually it arrived. Watch is very poor quality and not worth what I paid. But worst of all months later, they started emailing me saying I owed them for a second watch! I only ever got 1 watch but they were trying to scam me into paying for a second one. Simon who must work with customer service was absolutely horrible saying he was sending debt collectors and police!! Clearly a scam of a company and I should of known better buying of a company advertising on instagram. I will never buy from them again.

Bought several watches from here

Bought several watches from here. No one works anymore. Total scam. Very cheap product. They cost more than a Daniel Wellington. But the quality is extremely bad. I would never recommend anyone buying things here. I dont even remember how much money i spent. Almost equal to a 1000 dollars. Most dissapionting experience i have had online. I belive this is more like cheap stuff from wish. Heed my warning people

Jeg har købt et dissing ur ved ditur, hvor jeg fik en rigtig god vejledning i butikken om, hvilke funktioner uret har med sig... Bl.a at der er safirglas på, hvor vi fik af vide at det ikke skulle være muligt at få ridser i (der skulle rigtig meget til).
Nu har jeg fået en rids i mit ur, ved at bruge det til hverdag.. mange penge at give for et ur, der ikke lever op til det man bliver vejledt i.

Lynende hurtig ekspedition og levering af nye varer.😊 Selvom man bestiller torsdag aften, kan man hente sit køb i PakkeShop lørdag 😍
Lige så hurtig ekspedition ved returvarer. 😊 Jeg returnerer et køb, som jeg har fortrudt og modtager dagen efter en kvittering på mail, at varen er modtaget. Senere samme dag tikker beløbet ind på kontoen 💪🏻
Dét er saftsuseme stærkt og troværdigt🙋‍♀️
