Our delivery times for headboards are usually 3-7 working days however as the easter bank holiday was in between that's what resulted in it taking 9 days in total however overall the item was still delivered within the 3-7 working day delivery timescale.

A good bed for the price and was just as I had ordered. Only problem was that they forgot the mattress in the first delivery so that lead to a night on the sofa as I had got rid of my old bed when they said they were delivering the new one ! The company did rectify it very quickly though and the mattress arrived at 9am the next morning so cannot really complain and these things can happen.

I actually thought I had got scammed by this company as after purchase and confirmation email I heard nothing else for 10 days. I tried phoning (to answer msg) tried emailing to ask for updates but no answer. I then read the trustpilot reviews and panicked.
To be fair I did receive my bed base 12 days later but I nearly ordered another one off another site.
Really they need more communication with the consumer as I was totally convinced I’d been scammed.
Love the new mattress, quick and easy delivery. Would highly recommend

complete scam of a company. I ordered from them in error instead of Divan Base Direct (which is a good company).
They will take your money and send you one confirmation email, then they are uncontactable. I'm in the process of trying to retrieve my money.

The company does not exist. Ordered a bed, then only received one email for the order, that was July 29th, the company are not contactable, I have left numerous messages on their “answer machine” sent emails to their “customer services” for updates. And have heard nothing. Stay clear. This is a scam.

Bought a bed on July 19th 2023.
Waited and waited.Rang 3 times left message no reply.Emailed and used contact form no reply.Obviously scammers.
Contacted Trading standards they have had a number of complaints so are looking into it.
Luckily bought with credit card so money may be returned.You should be ashamed of yourselves.
