ServiceNow can good advise, was in regular contact on the progress of the application and provided response often within hours on ad hoc questions.

I was nervous to start the divorce process. I'm always sceptical of hidden costs. I called and spoke to Donna,who explained everything in detail to me. Donna assisted me through every step of the process. She answered any questions I had and gave me help when I needed it. There was no need for me to worry at all. Donna kept me up to date with the process as it happened. I was not made to feel under pressure at all to take up the service. I tried a couple of other places, but no-one made me feel as comfortable as Donna did. She is fantastic at her job and made the whole process easy. I would recommend this company 100%

Despite a long delay due to court backlogs for the Decree Nisi, my divorce was completed in 10 months and Donna was great throughout. I was concerned at one point that Divorce Now was 'just' Donna and what would happen if she was ill, etc. But she reassured me that there are others within the company. Thankfully all was well throughout anyway and it was a great service for a fraction of the price 😊

Despite backlogs Donna always replied to my emails whenever I had questions. She did everything from beginning to end. I can't thank them enough.
