Palm-sized in storage. It can extend to four sections. Comfortable to hold for a long time when shooting recreational sports or vlogs. Really well built bit of kit. Works as a short telescopic selfie stick, but is great as a tripod with the handle folded out. More useful than the 1.5m extension rod, but about a third of the length.
