Do Not Hire this lot of cowboy builders. Ruined our roof, just slapped silicone all over the place making it look messy and leaking worse than before they came. Don’t let them within 5 miles of your roof or home.

They were meant to fix a leaking roof. A year later it leaks worse than before I hired them.
The first repair lasted a few months. Then it leaked again, and they came back several times, each fix failing. A British Gas engineer also flagged that their flashing over the boiler flue broke building regulations and could dump rainwater onto the boiler. British Gas actually refused to insure the boiler until I managed to eventually get this lot to come out and correctly do the flashing by telling them how it should’ve been done from the information from British Gas. Getting them back to deal with it meant chasing them, as they repeatedly didn't turn up when agreed.
I asked them to repaint my cast iron guttering. Instead they removed it and fitted PVC without proper brackets. It now sags, twists, and pours rain water onto the lower roof.
After the latest repair, the owner told me that if it leaked again I'd be refunded under his "15 year guarantee". It leaked overnight in ordinary rain, soaking our dining table and leaving huge puddles of water over the whole table and floor as well. I sent him photos and asked for the refund. So far he still has not refunded.
I asked for a set time so we could be present for an inspection he said would need to be done to refund the money. He refused to provide a day and time and instead while we were out, someone turned up and worked on my roof anyway, after I explicitly told him I no longer wanted them working on our roof as they’d caused enough problems. The guy that came and climbed on our roof without permission smeared silicone and fibreglass paint over the flashing and windowsills. The finish is messy and amateurish. I have had a second roofer come to look at the work and they have agreed the workmanship is terrible and will only ever fix an issue temporarily, causing more problem in future.
Save yourself the money and stress. Get quotes from someone else.

Roof repair only lasted 6 months. Leaking again but worse this time. Contacted company to have a look. Said they would return to have a look but did not turn up. Follow up resulted in being blanked. Could supply pictures of shoddy repair if I was allowed see Google reviews if you wish to see the standards they work to. surveyor could not believe his eyes when it was inspected. I would advise any customers who have used this company to get work surveyed as they seem to count on people not getting up on the roof to check.
