Great admin staff. Kept up to date with progress. Friendly staff collected the car. Really pleased with the repair work. The real bonus was the valeting. Neighbours thought I had a new car.

Brilliant service from start to finish. DLG repaired my car after an accident. Their communications were absolutely first rate. My car was collected from, and delivered back to, my home address and everyone I saw (or spoke to on the phone) were fantastic. Really good communications all the way through. I was delighted with the service provided and was so grateful for the speedy repair to my car. It even came back washed and valeted. What superstars!

Incase you miss my review on Google regarding the ongoing dispute with manager Mr Rob Griffiths for refusing to repair my car , I have now recieved an apology and compensation from Direct Line.. case now closed........thak you all on Fb
