DLG Auto Services is Direct Line Group’s UK network of bodyshops, today consisting of 23 garages nationwide which makes us one of the largest repair groups in the UK. We repair around 100,000 accident damaged cars every year, and all cars are repaired to British Kitemark BS 10125 standard, the British safety standard for vehicle damage repair. All repair work comes with a 5-year guarantee, and we are committed to ensuring we meet the manufacturers repair standards to ensure our customers vehicles are repaired to the highest standards. Excellent communications
I had a very difficult time, the insurance company passing the butt, no idea the location of my car. The girls and the machinic, in the DLG office Bonnyrigg Edinburgh, were on top of everything, kept me upto date.

Seamless and responsive accident repair
All stress of an accident repair taken off me. After making my insurance claim I was contacted by DLG within an hour or so. From then on it was a seamless, friendly, and responsive service, with regular updates throughout the repair process. My car was picked up from my home and re-delivered a week later with the damaged area looking "as new". Additionally, timing was flexible to ensure it dovetailed with separately-provided car hire. I can really recommend DLG's service.

unprofessional service
vehicle delivered back to me with over spray all over the rear tub and the door that was repaired has a paint run on the inside,nsr hub cap still damaged.2 days and no reply

From start to finish I was kept up to date with how things were progressing, even if there were problems sourcing parts etc, car was returned good as new, cleaned inside and out.
