My TRoc hit from behind work done in less than a week . Great service and kept informed on progress etc .Unlucky for me this was the second rear ender in less than a year .But at lest through Church hill insurance and there use of DLG I had a happy ending 👍

Bad point my car had no issues before the accident , so as soon as I turn the key warning lights was coming up . Took it to my garage ive been with for over 30 years water pump is gone . Cleanliness of my car and green mould build up where ever my car was stored whilst being fixed ....

From start to finish my experience with dealings with all the staff at DLG Auto Services,Weybridge was a positive one. They were prompt and polite in all their responses with clarity in their emails offering a simple process on how to proceed with booking in a delivery of a new courtesy car and my damaged car to be picked up.
A following call was much appreciated from the repair engineer and he gave a timescale for the repair with ongoing updates that was very welcome. The office always answered the phone promptly and answered any additional questions I had thoroughly.
My car delivery staff were just as good and my car was returned fully valeted with the repairs and paint work done to the damaged front bumper like new, an excellent paint match.
I can’t thank everyone enough for making this experience a positive one.

Mark and his team have gone above and beyond to repair my vehicle faster than the estimated time. Their customer service is the best.
Picked up and dropped off my car after a small front end bump. Repair and paint very good match looks better than before, very pleased with the service I’ve experienced.well done.
I had an accident at the end of July, and now in mid-September my car has still not been properly repaired. Based on my experience, I would not recommend DLG Auto. If my insurance company were to suggest them again, I would request a different repairer.
Initially, I was told the repair would take 10–12 days. The delay itself would not have been an issue had the work been carried out to a good standard. Unfortunately, the vehicle was returned with numerous defects, which DLG Auto themselves acknowledged via photographic evidence. It then took a further three weeks before the car could be rebooked for rectification, due to a delay in sourcing a courtesy car of a similar type (automatic).
When I eventually received a courtesy car, I was disappointed with the condition. The car was handed over dirty both inside and out. The interior was sticky on the steering wheel and door handles, and the upholstery unclean.
When it comes to the quality of the repair itself, I found little evidence of proper quality control. The car was returned with issues such as overspray, hair trapped under the lacquer, and visible damage that had not been corrected.
The only positive aspect of my experience was the communication from Simon in the claims team, who was professional and supportive throughout. For this reason alone, I am giving two stars rather than one.
Overall, I cannot recommend DLG Auto. The standard of repair, condition of the courtesy car is bellow any standard I experienced before.
