Excellent service with lots of great advice too. Deborah came to my house and we tried various car seats before selecting the right one for my daughter. She also advised on and adjusted my other daughter’s car seat to maximise space and legroom. Deborah is extremely knowledgeable about car seat safety and I know my twins are safe in the car having consulted and purchased from DMB. Highly recommend.

The expertise in showing the different options of car seats was fabulous also when our car seats arrived and they were fitted. I have 3 very happy boys and I'm also very happy with their seats. It really was first class service.

We had a great experience with DMB. Deborah was very helpful and made it less stressful picking a new seat for our daughter. She’s also ready to answer any questions we have even after the seat has been installed. It won’t be long til we purchase another seat for our other daughter and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from DMB again.

Amazing
Dmb car seats were absolutely fantastic! I was struggling to find the right car seat and very glad we went with DMB because she helped us pick the right seat that would work for us now and in the future. I will definitely use her again when the time comes to get my son his next seat.

Brilliant experience
Brilliant service from start to finish. Choosing a car seat is a minefield but Deborah has so much knowledge and made the process so much easier. Our seat was delivered extremely quickly and we have Deborah on hand to help us with future adjustments with the seat. Would definitely recommend

Deborah came to me to try out a variety of seats with my 4month old baby, she was happy to try out multiple seats in my car and answered all my questions. We had a fit check in my infant carrier where I was given a few pointers on how to make the fit safer as that was what I was using a the time.
Ordering was easy and she came back to install too. Deborah was also more than happy to give a demo install into my patner's car before fitting the new seat into my car and giving us a run down with baby.
Over all very polite, professional and informative. Never felt rushed or pressured and I will definitely recommending DMB car seats every chance I get.

100% 5star customer service
Ordered car ponchos both for my granddaughter and to use with my car seat as a childminder. The customer service went above and beyond as text me to inform me a colour choice was now out of stock and asking if I would like to choose another. Then text again to inform me both were in stock and being shipped the following day. Wish all business’ had this ethic!!

Very knowledgeable and provided personalised advice to make best use of our current car seats and get the perfect fitting new seat for our daughter. Advised of offers on and pricing was also competitive with other sellers plus you get a personal fitting too.
Wouldn’t hesitate in using again.
