Had an issue with my DMOOSE elbow straps,however the customer service and fast response i got from their customer service,and Hamza in particular was second too none.
These are the best gym accessories I've had and to know their customer service is as good makes them a 10/10.

I purchased their weightlifting belt from Amazon and within the package it stated if you ever needed any help to reach out to their support staff. I did so, as the belt I ordered, was too small and even though they typically do not do replacements on Amazon orders, they did me a courtesy and took care of the issue. Giving me the belt in the size and color I wanted. The belt itself is extremely well made and packaged in a nice box and a plastic travel case. This would be a great gift and looks like it will last a long time.

I am very satisfied with having found this store. It has everything you need for your training, whether at home or at the gym. Everything is of very good quality and its prices are very affordable. I recommend it 100%

Came across the DMoose products while looking for workout equipment. Chose the clips due to them locking and being magnetic. Was very impressed with my first purchase so I bought a second pair and I goofed dropped and broke one. Well I wasn’t happy and sent a request to company asking for help and man they came through with a replacement. Who does that without an extra warranty purchase, no one. I want to thank DMoose for a great product and even better customer support. Loved the experience will continue with their products.

Love the new active shorts. They have plenty of room for those of us with massive thighs while not looking baggy. Great for lifting heavy. Very comfortable.

Bought the lever belt in medium, arrived a bit stained but not damaged. The company sent me a replacement belt via FedEx immediately upon notification. Shipped on Monday, arrived on Wednesday. What a magnificent experience. I am speechless and star-struck by the way it treats its customers.

The 10MM lever belt is outstanding. Leather is genuine and authentic cow leather and certified Halal from Pakistan. The edges are rounded up to prevent any digging into the ribs. This belt will last, at least, 6-8 years with daily usage, if not more. Worth every penny spent. Bought M size, color American flag.

Material and quality is great i bought some wrist straps with t the floral print on them 4 years ago and they still fit great haven’t ripped or loosened up. so i decided i would buy more products like bands because i know i will have them for years to come !

I ordered a belt off of Amazon for weighted dips and pull-ups a year ago from Dmoose. My belt ripped at the seam of the d ring. I reached out to their support and even though I was past the 30 days return by a long shot, they sent me a new belt free of charge. Awesome company I will continue to support!
