The result came before the time limit. They were always kind and professional when I called asking for information.

I cannot thank this company enough. I found my biological dad (big shock for him living in California the last 40 years and didn’t know he had a child)
Through an ancestry testing company. We needed a government approved company with a chain of custody to proceed in amending my birth certificate. The registry have been very complicated it’s probably all new territory but this DNA centre have gone above and beyond. They contacted the registry for births deaths and marriages on my behalf, they have sent twice now documents which state legalities and have been lovely. A person not an automated service, they could have declined to help. After all they had done their job with the dna testing but have supported me during the last three years of getting my dad’s name on my birth certificate.

I highly rate this company. It is the first company in a long time I have felt they cared about my experience and not about the payment,

For such sensitive matter, terrible customer service. Happy to take your money however, every little communication unless you take initiative to get in touch yourself. Website states things that they then try to get you to pay for. Would recommend alternative company

Really fantastic and transparent communication. Just one comment, review your website and update as it states that you send results directly to HMPO when you in actual fact don't. Otherwise, prompt, efficient and communicative service. Thank you

I couldn’t wish for a better place to sort my worries. Very friendly and clear information about DNA. What to choose, how to proceed and short but clear videos showing how to do everything.
