So I’ve been to a few classes here mainly boxing and I must say the atmosphere is fantastic, the coaches are friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming, so welcoming in fact that my son (he’s 10) now does some 1-2-1 Mauy Thai session with Felix. This has helped my son’s self confidence massively, Felix’s approach with my son is fantastic he’s incredibly patient and explains and demonstrates things very clearly. After trying bjj and kick-boxing elsewhere (before finding DNA MMA) it’s safe to say we’ve found a welcoming home to train.

An amazing place to train and work out! It has a friendly atmosphere and such a great community of people who go to the gym always very friendly. The staff are incredible to very approachable. The equipment in gym is great as well that caters to everyone’s needs. Definitely would recommend!

Fantastic and welcoming MMA gym, Dust has got a brilliant set up with expertly coached MMA classes for all abilities and gym upstairs.

Independent and well-equipped gym ran by Dustin. I visited a couple of times when having 1-2-1 PT sessions with Harry who I highly recommend! The gym was always clean and the staff (and members!) always friendly and supportive.
I visited with my friend who was always intimidated by gyms and she felt very comfortable at DNA thanks to its private feeling. So weather you’re advanced or new, DNA’s got you! :)
Very affordable protein drinks and snacks downstairs too!

The question is when to start!

The DNA MMA experience is a welcome all community for martial arts and fitness fully equipped with their own cage… unlike a ring you can fit more people inside sharing the unique experience.

Above this level is the functional training space with all the most efficient and effective equipment to further your development and improve your performance not only through intensity and strength but the efficiency of their state of the art equipment.

Honourable mentions to the team running the show. Both Dust and Lily are both excellent hosts and do an excellent job of providing an individual experience whilst warming you into the community of people who share the same growth mindset ethos.

Open and welcoming gym, all abilities train together.

Dustin and the members always helpful and show a real passion for wanting to help others learn.

No egos and generally just a great place to train.

I've been coming to DNA MMA for a couple of months now, and I'm absolutely loving it. I was nervous at first to join but very quickly found that everyone there was and is very welcoming. It's an absolutely brilliant place to do MMA and all of the classes are very well run, catering to the beginners like myself perfectly as well as the more experienced. I've first hand experienced much more progress than I'd ever have expected and also have enjoyed it even more than I thought I would. I would 100% recommend to anyone thinking of coming here.

DNA Gym is without a doubt, the best gym I have ever trained at. The gym is welcoming and friendly, as well as having all of the equipment you need to get a quality session. You couldn’t find a better place to work towards your goals.

Incredible place to train.

The gym is fully equipped to enable members to train in a way which is suited to their individual ambitions and goals. It is a perfect spot for those who are into functional fitness or training for a specific sport, as well as newcomers to exercising in a gym.

The staff are all very friendly and approachable; Dustin has created a space in which members feel safe (which is brilliant for people who may have anxiety around the gym). The personal trainers are all very knowledgeable and supportive; they also achieve incredible results with their clients.

Finally, the value for money is hard to beat.

I never thought I'd set foot in a gym but Dustin, Lily and the team are so welcoming and friendly. The gym has great vibes and I love going for my PT sessions every Saturday. Enjoying the progress I am making and how supportive everyone is!
