It says it is free until you actually try to use it. I tried the trial and it did not convert my pdf to a document. Disappointed....

I was asked to help someone with a problem with a tenant who hasn't paid their rent since November, 2025. It was very easy to find the Eviction Notice and fill it out. I highly recommend this site if you ever have that issue.

This company has been charging my credit since Aug 2025. I had signed up with Mama bear legal forms. I have no idea how this company got hold of my credit card details and started charging me. I cant find any accounts online with you. I will be disputing all charges. Beware! They are a scam!

The ease of signing up was easy
The ease of signing up was easy, the document downloading not so easy for a senior with minimal experience with downloading documents. The ease to cancel not so easy BUT the chatting with Mai or Mia(sorry forgot how to spell name) was efficient and enough to help with cancellation.

Could not find compressed file easily and once I did it only went from 18 mb to 17mb. Possible user error but not a great experiance

I like how I could just answer…
I like how I could just answer questions and the document was written for me, but I don’t like how I couldn’t alter the document at all after the fact. For example: the document ended up being 3 pages simply because one of the signature lines didn’t fit, I was hoping to make it so the document was two pages or move all the signatures to the third page.
