I bought 4 t-shirt and they're great, I love every design and the fabric is really good. Sometimes it may happen an unfortunate event with the shipment, but that's not their fault and actually they're always really nice when it happens. 10/10

Zero transparency and super late
I ordered items from dogcore on the 18th of December with hopes of receiving them in time for Christmas. I knew this was probably not going to happen but I crossed my fingers. Their website says to contact them within 5 days of ordering if you haven’t received a tracking number. So I did. I got an email back assuring me the items were almost finished printing and would be in the mail shortly. Here I am, almost NINE days after I ordered, Christmas has come and gone, and I still don’t have any idea where my items are. I understand it’s the holdays, things are busy, but the lack of transparency and honesty is so disappointing.

Thank you for posting this glowing review of my business and also for placing your order on the 18th of December, over a week past the cut off point for my ability to fulfil your order prior to santa time.
Did you not read the FAQ? Do you not subscribe to the award winning newsletter that has all the discount codes and cool forget me nots and little kisses? I pity you.
When you emailed me in panic on christmas eve, when i was full of wine and merryment, i replied within 4 hours to let you know the estimated delivery time would be around - 25–28 of December. Still a very good turn around for the holiday period. Yet still you come at me with lonely hands, projecting your own guilt of not buying christmas presents earlier on myself.
I reject this guilt. Take it home, sleep with it at night, hold in your hands like a cursed water bottle. Let its bitterness soak into your flesh until you writhe around unable to fall into a slumber, knowing you have failed Christmas.

P.S Your items will arrive within the scheduled time as stated when you ordered and if they are not, if they are lost in the post or stolen from your doorstep, i will make sure they arrive even if i have to replace them.

Bought the panic t-shirt for my bf for Christmas and he absolutely loves it. The shirt is a sturdy material and looks true to the photos. We will def be ordering more products.

End My Pain t-shirt :3
I ordered the End My Pain t-shirt a week or so ago, it finally came today! It's 100% worth the wait because it feels so comfy and I love it so so much, I am a doggygirl with arthritis, so having the silly dog shirt about pain says allot about me,, also, Dogecore is like my favourite company EVER. 10/10 I have literally no complaints only praise.

My clothing came stained and smelled…
My clothing came stained and smelled like it was born in a pizza factory. I have photos of the clothing in clear packaging with a stain, unopened. The seller said that I should wash it first and if it doesn't come out they will send me another. The irony of this was that in their own returns policy no clothing can be washed before return... When I sent them an email with the photos (which I still have for all those who request) they responded, "Don't worry, we will send you a new one! You can burn the old one!"
However they didn't send me another one. I asked them again a month later. And since then their returns policy on their website has been diluted.
Side-note: Trust-pilot should instead be called Scam-Central. I used to work for a company using this platform and it's so easy to manipulate.

Hello Friend!
As part of the printing process, sometimes the items can arrive with a strange smell, this is true. It 99% of the time washes out in the first wash and it's not a big deal. It even says so as soon as you place an order and it's in our FAQ section.
Originally you emailed about a tiny stain on one of the items that arrived. I asked for pictures as evidence to show my printers and assured you I would ship a new item out for free, you didn't have to return the one with the tiny stain, you can keep it.
You did not respond to this email. I then emailed again another 2 times asking for the photo's - This was Sept 14th.
21st of November - 68 DAYS LATER - So close to the funny sex number btw - You finally reply saying now TWO of your items are stained and attach a picture showing like, a tiny little blotch. Demanding I replace both of them.
I said I'd still do you a solid and replace the original item as promised, despite this huge lapse in time between when you first emailed and now. However I am only replacing the first item, which caused you to blow a gasket.
I ask of you friend who uses a lot of angry curse words in your email for no reason when I'm trying to help. Do you buy yoghurt from the shop, put it in your fridge, forget about it for 68 days and then try to return it for a refund once its out of date?
I'm still going to send you a replacement of that one item, because I am a man of my word. And the only thing that is scam central is somebody writing bad reviews because we don't have a 68 day open door return policy.
I hope tonight the ghouls and goblins of every customer service person you've ever been mean to crawl out of your toilet and splash piss water all over you.

As a huge fan of the finest bullshittery these prints are a must. I honestly laughed till my kidneys hurt about the 'why me' design. The pieces are made to order, so no stupid waste and the costumer service is lovely (My dumb ass was laughing so hard I typed the wrong address, so they reached out to me TWICE until I noticed, and I'm so glad that they did).I will wear these comfy cotton shirts proudly and think of the awesome crew behind the designs and service. Looking forward to new hilarious stuff coming up in the shop.All the love! 💕
