Purchased a dog bed for £165 tried to return it as the pictures make it look 5 star and the actual product is worse than anything I have seen anywhere. Customer services refused to email back. I have spent the last 3 months trying to get an answer. Buyer beware this site is a scam.
EDIT reply to review, I contacted customers service a good few times and was ignored now there is a review I see you want to reslove the issue!!!

Faulty item
Faulty item. Denied refund unless I paid €25-30 for return postage even though their terms and conditions state they would cover postage for faulty items. Be aware. Will do anything to avoid giving a refund.
I contacted customer service, sent photos clearly showing the item was defective which they agreed but are still pushing me to pay for return postage or accept a 30% refund which is not as per their policy. A lot of waste of time. Do not buy from them.

Dogalue is a complete scam. Do not purchase from them. False description on the web. Paid £29.99 for what was described and detailed as a furry animal in an acorn basket. What came was a flat plastic disc!!!
Nothing like what was advertised. I have given Dogalue a chance to respond to which they haven't No customer service and no response on the phone. Save your money....dont be conned

I bought a pair of safety shoes, they are way too big, I emailed the company to ask to return them as there is no return label. They said it was sent with tracking and would be delivered by Royal Mail. It was delivered by Yodal. I have emailed them 3 times with no answer

Recently purchased a pair of $39.99 multi focal glasses. After finally receiving them, I immediately realised how poorly constructed and flimsy they were. Visibility, whether for reading or for long distance was impossible. I then contacted Dogelue to inform them of my displeasure of being scammed with the item. Their response was laughable and insulting, offering me a 10% refund. This was followed over the next 7 days with offers of 20% then 30% and finally 40% all of which I rejected. The item went straight into the recycle bin.

Don’t believe what they tell you that it’s being shipped from Netherlands. It’s another rip off Chinese poor quality item, plus they will not let you return goods and offer 10% refunds. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
