I received a gift voucher for Doggy Hampers
I received a gift voucher for Doggy Hampers so I was able to buy lots of treats for my dog, plus a little dog parent gift for myself. The hamper arrived quickly and was nicely packaged. The only issue I had was that a lot of the items were out of stock and there were a number of those items that I would have liked to buy. Anyhow, I was able to gather together a nice variety of treats and accessories.

Quick customer service as I had keyed in an incorrect address. It was promptly responded and followed up on.
Great product and the pawrents look forward to using the toy and giving their pupper the treats once he's well recovered.

They were prompt responding to my message during the busy Christmas period. They didn’t have what I was after, but pointed me to another pet supply company that they thought might have the product.

Disappointed
Delivery of item was not put in letterbox or a safe place. Postage outrageous for the kilometres it had to come. Product is excellent but having this bad experience I will not be ordering again which is a shame as my dog does love the Chicken treats.

I'm sorry to hear you were disappointed with the cost of postage and delivery of your order. Postage costs have increased dramatically over the last year forcing us to increase our prices in line with Australia Post and courier services. These prices are set out in our Shipping Policy and at the checkout when you select your shipping preference.
We have been trialling with couriers for local deliveries to increase both the speed of service and the price of service for our customers. This is why your parcel was not sent with Australia Post. We cannot control where couriers leave items however I will raise this concern with our courier for you. I do agree that dogs love our treats and hope your dog enjoyed their treats too.
