Geweldig proefpakket ontvangen voor mijn Labrador!

I thought I was ordering from a reputable company, but in this case the item I ordered was never received. The tracking information provided indicated the item was returned to sender (apparently from China), yet I was never informed of this. I had to do some tracking research on my own to learn of this problem. I finally requested cancellation of my order along with a full refund. I'm not holding my breath.

Fazit : Nie wieder
Mir ist schon klar das eine Lieferung eine Weile dauern kann aber eine Antwort wäre angebracht

My puppy was delivered home on time by a nanny. They called me a week ahead of time to inform me about Rose’s vet check and that she had crossed molars which according to my vet not much of an issue.
I think they were trying to be thorough. I had a little bit of fear but fortunately that wasn’t the case.
I felt that Graceland Cavapoo answered any of my questions or concerns promptly, were professional and I feel that they really care about their puppies.
We’re happy with our baby.

Never received my order, but got my money back.

Will try ine more time later.

I ordered clothes for my pup last summer. Firstly they took over 2 months to come… by which time my pup had grown! Secondly the transfer on the dog face was peeling before I’d even opened it. I complained to them and after weeks of them not opening my messages or getting back to me, they finally sent out a new one… which was smaller than the one I’d previously ordered. So had to return it.

I thought I’d give them a second chance as did like the booties that I finally received. Bad mistake!!… over 2 months later, I am still waiting for my items. Got an email 2 months ago to say the order had been dispatched. I’ve tried emailing, messaging on Instagram and no replies.

I had refrained from writing this review but enough is enough… will not be ordering again. Bad merchandise and bad customer service!

I ordered 3 products and only received one. The item i received was good but after reaching out to the company 5+ times over a week I've received no response on the other items I PAID for and didn't get. So disappointed what a waste of money. Total SCAM

I for one have NEVER had a problem with ANYTHING I have ordered. It has arrived a few weeks after ordering. I have also used some of their suggestions while training my stubborn lab/pibble and they have worked. I NEEDED a little more patience myself LOL because she really IS stubborn. Thank you dog pawty.

Bad service, do not respond to emails, no postage or tracking after 12 days

I ordered a "free" dog seatbelt with $9 shipping in January 2020. Yes, I know. I'm dumb and I fell for the scam. In April, I disputed the charges on PayPal and got a response saying the package was delayed because of high response but it was on the way. So I canceled the dispute. Mistake #2. Fool me twice.

So now it's September. I have emailed them once a week since August 2020. I got one response asking if I wanted the item or a refund. I said refund. They said someone would contact me in 24-48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago. I'm still out my $9, and received nothing but headache from this terrible company.

Highly recommended products. Excellent customer service. I will buy again!
