I would like to say a huge thank you to Paulina at the Dog’s Lounge for excellent customer service. I had an issue whereby I needed to change the delivery address of my order. The item was just about to be despatched but Paulina managed to get the delivery address changed for me and I have received my delivery. Excellent products & fast dispatch & delivery. Love that you can get samples of the products so that you can be sure that your dog will eat them. I ordered the Scoot & omega 3, 6 & 9 products & my dog loves them. I ordered a sample of the Greens as I wasn't sure dog would like this product as he's not fond of anything green. He happily eats his food with this product but he scoffs it.

Paulina is so helpful, patient and friendly. She really does go above and beyond. I am happy giving the dogs lounge Olli supplement to ensure my dogs needs are met for feeding.

I was especially impressed by the thoughtful advice included in the parcel, particularly the flyer explaining how to help a dog take pills properly. That kind of practical guidance shows real attention to both pets and their owners. Everything felt well prepared, considerate, and genuinely caring. Super company with wonderful products. Subscription service is seamless.

My elderly border has kidney issues and started to have accidents in the house. It was upsetting her and us. After looking at products and reading ingredients and other reviews I thought I'd try the kidney support tablets.
Wow!! Practically straight away she stopped having accidents, stopped wanting to go out every 30 minutes and is generally a lot more comfortable. It's still early days but so far I'm really impressed.

I was impressed with the service given by the operative. All my questions were answered in detail and nothing was too much trouble. I felt comfortable to ask any questions, however silly they may have sounded.

After coming off the phone, I felt less overwhelmed on deciding to be more adventurous with new recipes and supplements and would feel comfortable to contact this company again should I need any advice.

I would happily recommend this company to anyone who wants to keep their dogs happy and healthier for longer by changing over to better quality food and supplements

My youngest dog suffers with his anal glands. We have tried other remedies to help him but Scooter is by far the best. Wouldn’t use anything else now and my boy is so much happier.

Customer service is brilliant. I ordered some supplements for my dog which ive been using for 5 years and needed to amend the order. DL couldn't have been more helpful. Placed a new order which arrived within a couple of days. Will continue to use DL as their product has saved me quite a bit of money and my dog lots of discomfort!
