Very impressed so far!
I was a bit surprised to see a number of one-star reviews, as my experience with Do Health has been very positive so far.
I joined the waitlist, which I understand is a fairly standard approach for new services while they build capacity in a given area. It may not suit everyone, but it made sense to me and I was happy to wait for a slot. Once I was invited, booking my blood tests was quick and straightforward.
The clinic was around a 30-minute drive for me, not exactly next door, but I was willing to make the trip as I’m quite invested in my health. The clinic itself was excellent, and the nurses were professional and reassuring, which helped me feel at ease throughout the process.
I started using the app for guidance even before my results came back, and I found it genuinely useful. My results were returned quickly, and Joy took the time to help me understand what they meant in a clear and supportive way. I also needed a copy of my results to share with my GP, and Dr Wang responded almost immediately to arrange this, also explaining that an in-app feature is being developed for future use.
Importantly, the testing flagged a potential health issue, which meant I was able to speak with my GP and get a referral for further investigation. That alone has made the service feel very worthwhile.
It’s still early days, but so far I’ve been very impressed with the overall experience and have already recommended Do Health to friends and family.
