Average, visit the store rather than buy online
The chain of the necklace was found to be flimsy, and the clasp detached from the item. The charm and stone are smaller than expected based on online representations. Historically, products from this company have been satisfactory when purchased in-store.
It may be beneficial for customers to consider visiting a physical store for more reliable service. The shipment and delivery were completed on time, and the item arrived in good condition. The packaging was well presented.

A beautiful bracelet and a very good price in the Black Friday Sale. I'd seen it when we were on holiday, I'm glad I waited! It was sent within an hour and I received it 2 days later. Great service. 5 🌟 from me!

Winter collection
Had 2 beautiful pieces for my wife now and my daughter has started to look at items as well . Always easy to order , quick delivery, well packaged, stunning quality and looks beautiful on. Cannot recommend the jewellery or staff highly enough 👍🏻

Vega earrings
Earrings are really pretty/well made. Purchased for my niece’s 10 b’day she was very excited and ❤️ the stars. I posed a couple of questions to customer service who responded quickly. The overall experience was excellent.
