It is impossible to set a CNAME for a domain; it can only be done with subdomains. This is just one example of how frustrating this platform is.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
This company has pissed me off to no end. I am trying to transfer to Hostinger as I type this and I CAN'T. Firstly they asked me to submit A FORM to PAY WITH CREDIT CARD. DO YOU NOT WAN TMY MOENY??? Then when I submit it they say they need NEED PROOF OF IDENTITY??? THIS WAS NEVER STATED IN THE FORM. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO DO ALL THIS TO SIMPLY BUY A HOSTING PLAN??? Now im trying to switch to Hostinger and my auth code expired. Hostinger tells me I need a new auth code and Domain discount keeps emailing me the same 1. Emailed them about it 4 hours ago and still no reply. I am so pissed with this service!

I have been using this provider for several years for several domains and have never had any problems. I am writing this extremely positive review, following a support request resolved in a timely manner by the domaindiscount24 team.
As a result of my mistake, a domain had not been renewed, but rather was already in the process of being deleted. Since the request for intervention, in a short time the domain was renewed (because fortunately it was still possible to do so).

I am sent the annual domain invoice and…
I am sent the annual domain invoice and it lists a IBAN address I make the payment to it then they say I need to pay more as there bank has deducted fees from it so I make a second payment , of which NO UPDATE Invoice for additioanla payment has been supplied, we have phoned and multiple emails and still today they are wanting the payment even though they have had copies from the UK bank showing the 2 payments , now threatning legal action , the two key stystem and domain discount do not know what they are each doing and nothing resolved in 3 months to a customer of over 12 years
