I have been getting ripped off by this…
I have been getting ripped off by this company for 3 years!! Do not uses them once you sign up there is no way to cancel your domain. This is the most shady scam I have every Delt with..
Stay far away form this business..
I followed the instructions as confusing as they were I did everything you asked. This is the third year in a row you refuse to cancel this domain. You provide no way to contact you by phone and you have been stealing from me and Likley many others. This is fraudulent.

Unternehmen mit gestörter Identität
Automatische eMails in englischer Sprache, von einem Anbieter mit Hauptsitz in Deutschland? Naja... Mit so wenig eigener Identität kann kein Unternehmen volle Punktzahl erreichen, denn sie erreichen ihre Kunden nicht barrierefrei. z.B. In Teilen Frankreichs wäre sowas undenkbar.

Steer clear
Steer clear. I never auto renew anything online. I even went into my DD24 account a few days ago and it said 12days left and that Auto-renewal was off. I screen captured it because I have had similar pulled on me in the past. Here we are today, my website was auto-renewed by them anyway and charged for. Pure Theft.

Support is good but the support center answer is not really full
Support is good reply almost fast, but I think something need to be improve like the support center.The support center answer is not full it has lost some answer I want it so I need to email/contact them and it’s have no live chat at the account center need to add a live chat at the account center, when I login my account and see some problem or question I want to ask so it can be easy to talk easy to know what answer I want to know.I hope future will add a live chat for easy to talk with customer.
