Domain Name Sanity Avis 

Domain name sanity handled the migration from another host that was shutting down. The process was flawless. I have been able to quickly contact a friendly human regarding billing. In a world of fraudsters and incompetents who can’t secure private information, my experience is that domain name sanity deserves my trust.

When I approached the help desk with multiple issues, I was provided with prompt answers written without unnecessary technical details.

There were two issues that I needed to be sorted out across the technical and billing teams. The teams did that quickly and efficiently. From end to end, I started the technical question at 16:37 UTC yesterday and everything was complete by 9:33 UTC this morning! That's less than 18 hours from start to finish!  And that, in my book, is fantastic service, especially bearing in mind that this involved two teams!  As a result of time zones (I’m in the UK), I slept for a good part of that.
 
I haven’t had to ask questions very often, normally the systems just work, but any time I have had to raise a ticket, it’s been dealt with quickly and without fuss. Brilliant stuff - I can't fault anything this provider does!
 
But most of all, they have a personal touch - which really matters! They are always polite, respectful and pleasant people to deal with.

I've been a Domain Name Sanity customer for more than 25 years. I use the web-building and domain name registration service, as it's easy and effective.
I even use the oldest web builder available on their site and don't have to know any html or complicated methods. The builder works well on all my Macs.
If I ever have a question or need help, they are great responders.
There are some more elegant systems, but if you want fast, economical and easy with a small learning curve - these are your go-to. Beware others that have a number of add-ons and charge for each one.

I'm in Australia and that does not affect anything. When the pages have been up for a while, if you have the right key words and description, the web pages become fairly high in Google. Even ranked third.
Tip: if you use the older (heritage) system, keep the content to 900 pixels wide, so it's easy to view on a mobile phone. In fact check regularly on your phone to see you like the layout. There are some templates, or you can start from scratch. I use both.
