IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO, I WOULD! UNRELIABLE AND A DISHONEST COMPANY!! THEY CHARGED ME $384,AND SAID THEY NEED TO FIX OTHER PARTS THAT WOULD COST ANOTHER $400! THEY NEVER SHOWED UP AND THE BURNER WAS NEVER FIXED!!!

This company (Domino Fuel) is the biggest fraudulent company I’ve had the misfortune of coming across. I was away this weekend when my tenant called and said the heat had stopped working and was blowing cold air instead. One of the places that he called up was Domino Fuel who said they could fix the heat the very same day. Apparently all that needed to be done was to replace a simple zone valve. Now had I been in town this weekend, I could’ve gotten my friend who’s an engineer to easily replace the part for me. The valve that was replaced costs no more then MAX $100 at the higher end of the scale while at some places, you can even get it for $60. However, I can’t help but comprehend how on earth I was served a $666 bill from Domino Fuel to replace a simple valve?!?! Apparently labor cost was $289 which I won’t argue about. But how do you charge me 3 TIMES MORE for a part that doesn’t cost more then $100?! Apparently the technician (Eddy) charged me not only $289 for his labor, but $325 for the valve and an additional $52 tax. Tax for what exactly?! A part that you’ve already OVERCHARGED me for to begin with? I called back today to talk to Eddie (the technician who worked on the heat in my house) to understand exactly why I was charged so much money for a simple procedure and the person who answered said they apparently can’t put customers through to their technicians. Why? God knows. And then gave me this old song and dance about how that companies have their own prices and even if a part costs $10, they have the right to charge their customers whatever they want. As per company policy apparently. That’s the biggest load of BS I’ve ever heard. How dare you take advantage of people like that. $666 to replace a valve is RIDICULOUS and they’re basically scamming people out of their hard earned money so that these frauds can take the extra money and put it into your own pockets! Is that how you want to do things? Wonderful. Can’t wait to get in touch with the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint. So whatever you do....STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!! They’re nothing but scammers and they’re definitely NOT WORTH IT.

New oil tank installation and abandonment of old tank. Price was right and the professionals who did the work were smart, neat and efficient. Could not be more satisfied with Carl and his crews.

We used them for oil during a snowstorm when all others say they could not make it up our hill. They were the only ones who showed up and filled out tank with no issues! I would certainly use them again,

Their website reads well, EMERGENCY oil delivery nights, weekends and Sunday!

I called on tues, Feb 5, 2019 at 5:12pm, nope, can't deliver oil tonight!

LOL, called back 1/2 hour later to see if the 1st girl was just mistaken about not delivering at night, then the guy told me they could only deliver tomorrow!

I am giving them 5 stars because I was almost completely out of oil on New Years Day, in 10 degree weather, and they were able to deliver, even though it was at 4am :). I had ordered from another vendor on Dec 31st in the morning, and they never showed. Price was at a premium, but they still got it done. Bravo!

I initially hired Domino Fuel because they were the closest fuel provider to my destination, but now I hire them because I can trust in their word. They provide quality fuel and show up in a timely manner. I highly recommend them to anyone in an emergency situation or just someone who is looking for a committed fuel company.

The company is very reliable, I called to place an order because my tank was empty and they delivered with in an hour as they promise; been using it since then.

I called Domino Fuel when I was in need of fuel for my vehicles. I was in extremely short supply and my usual providers couldn’t make it out in a reasonable amount of time. Domino Fuel was able to meet me in just 1 hour with the Fuel I needed. They might be my new go to Fuel Company.

I haven't been using Domino Fuel for more than a year and I'm already leaning towards being a long term customer. They are very thorough and efficient when communicating and delivering. Can't really ask for more than that. I'm satisfied with what they can bring to the table. Hopefully it remains consistent so I can continue to use and recommend them!

Domino Fuel is a reliable company. We've been ordering their fuel for over 2 years now and finally got around to leaving a review for their efforts. They have maintained consistency and professionalism throughout each oil delivery. We are very happy with the quality of the oil and the price. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

The website says they offer financing. I called, man on phone said no financing is available and everything is paid upfront. Someone needs to fix the website then.

Love how they say it didn't qualify meanwhile that's straight BS, the phone called lasted literally 30 seconds, asked "do you offer financing" and the man on other end said they do not. No one asked any details about any situation. Get your lies straight.

I've been ordering oil from Domino Fuel for my home and my rental property for the past two years and they always deliver on time, their prices are great and they are very accommodating. A couple of times I forgot to check the oil in my tank and I called them for same day delivery because I was running out, they came and filled my tank within a couple of hours. I recommend Domino to anyone looking for a reliable heating company.

I ordered fuel last week through casheatingfuel.com and Domino Fuel Was SUPPOSED to deliver it the next morning and according to the email, contact in the morning to set up, verify, delivery. FIRST, they didn't call so I did at 8:30 am. After, the owner HAD to verify my order and call me back, I was told the oil would be Delivered between 9am and 3pm. I told him I would leave the money as I was leaving for work at that time. When coming home after 6pm, the oil was NEVER DELIVERED AND THE Money was still there. I called Domino Fuel and he said the driver was there and there was no money there. I was so angry, as I felt he was calling me a liar. I emailed casheatingfuel.com to complain, they said there was a GPS record of it, which ended up being my neighbors address. I sent 4 follow up emails with Pictures of the money, the envelope, the place where it was left and my horrible experience. BOTH PARTIES, TOLD ME TO GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR MY FUEL, didn't even make good on the wrong address being in the GPS, and Never delivered any oil. Domino Fuel was rude, hung up on me AND TOLD ME GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Now, the next day, coincidentally????, the prices for oil were 30 cents more. I feel like they JUST DIDN'T WANT TO HONOR THE PRICE, $1.67, they listed on my agreement as it was a mistake on their end. 1 WEEK LATER, I GOT OIL from another oil company I've used many times with NO PROBLEMS!! This was after going back and forth with Domino and Cash Heating oil.com for 5 days and having to put diesel in the tank as I ran out of oil in the meantime. Don't USE EITHER COMPANY. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

We are so appreciative of this company, who has been incredible with keeping our home warm this winter. We just moved into house, so are getting acclimated to the (very old) oil burner, which we had trouble with twice this (very cold) winter. They responded quickly, professionally, and effectively.. getting us up and running at reasonable costs both times. Very reliable and honest company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

gave a price on cashoil.com of $1.88 for 200 gallons & charged me $1.98.
Not happy would not recommend.Called them & they said price changed from day before, but when I checked it was the same price $1.88.

I so grateful to this company for coming through for us at the last minute on a Saturday when we are expecting some bad weather the next couple of days!!!! The people we spoke to and they way everything was handled was an absolute pleasure!!!!! Thank you domino!!!!
