Well made product,nicely finished

Very friendly and responsive customer service helping me to customise the desk size to fit my space. Customised and delivered within 2 working days of payment - impressed! The desk was easy to assemble and looks great.

Editing my original review to 3 stars as it was a mixed experienced. Overall, the table is stunning and I love it.

However:
- They do not take packaging seriously, a massive shame. They originally delivered both a damaged table top and legs. I accepted a £25 discount on the legs on account of this.
- They sent out a replacement for the table top, also damaged (broken plastic protection covers, with bits of plastic crushed into the wood). On third attempt, they finally packaged it better and it arrived mostly in tact. I received a wood care kit for the hassle.
- Only the third table top that arrived came oiled, not sanded. Only then did I realise it was always supposed to be oiled, and the first two were not. So not only did they deliver it broken originally, but also not in the finish that the description advertises. The oiled finish is STUNNING and miles superior, so I guess I'm ultimately lucky that it was initially damaged as I am not sure I would have realised. I told them about this, they said the first two table tops delivered were definitely oiled. Absolutely not true.

Clearly, their delivery pipeline has many issues and I am not sure they're interested in fully addressing them. Packaging addressed only on 3rd attempt, the issue of the finish of the initial delivery they're refusing to acknowledge.

So, I am ultimately happy with the product - but it took a lot of hassle and back and forth emails to get there. They were quick to respond, but not sure they actually care to address the issues for future customers' sake.

Make sure you inspect your product thoroughly on delivery! It is beautiful when you actually get what you paid for.

Fantastic service.

Ordering was easy and received timely. The quality of the wood surface was poor and not as depicted on the website. When I emailed for a returns process I was asked to justify why I was returning the items with photographic evidence, I was advised the item was not faulty though I had never suggested it was. The charge for collection was £27.88 for a £130 purchase. The items were collected the following day.

I was really impressed with the European oak desktop. Perfectly smooth and available in a wide range of sizes so no need to saw or glue. Fast and careful delivery too.

Desktop is absolutely perfect, exact dimensions I wanted, nice finish.

Delivery was awful. The day I was supposed to receive my parcel, no one knocked on my door or called me or anything. I checked the tracking and saw that it had been registered as delivered and signed for, supposedly by me.

When I contacted customer support I discovered the problem: I live in a new build home and apparently their delivery people couldn't input my address, so instead of actually trying to find a solution they simply mailed it up the road to some random house, and accepted a random signature for the delivery. This is made more ridiculous by the fact Domli had contacted me the previous day to ask about my address and double check that it was correct - giving me assurance that it should all be fine.

Customer support apologised immensely and gave me the address my desktop had been sent to, asking if I could retrieve it myself. I am a disabled person, I don't own a car, the fact the request was made at all is frankly ridiculous.

Overall the product is excellent, but if you have an address that is hard to find or in a weird spot, be wary of their chosen delivery company.

Edit: They have at least refunded me delivery costs, so that's nice.
