Domo Direct was recommended to us by friend's of ours and I have to say, they were excellent from the first call all the way through to after sales service. Adam and his team go that extra mile in making sure that the client is happy and I couldn't recommend them highly enough. Even after the worktop was fitted, the team came back twice to do some extra jobs, which we forgot to mention at the time, at no extra cost! Great company, great service and great product!

All of the team at Domo are great...they obviously have a lot of work on but are really helpful and do their best to get you what you need.

I ordered a standard Splash-back from Domo Glass and Dan was extremely helpful in getting the splash back made and sent out to me within 2 days of ordering. It arrived promptly and with all the necessary bits and once up it looks absolutely fantastic.Great quality product, easy to install and great price too! Highly recommended.

We had Domo install bespoke glass splashbacks for us, and they were able to match a Dulux colour that we gave them. They installed them promptly and at a very reasonable price. Great finishing touch to our kitchen. Thanks very much!

Started Working for CQ Stone in January and one of the first customers I dealt with was Adam and his team at Domo.
Since then we have been busy running around trying to keep up with the orders and the customer service is brilliant. Great company and would recommend to anyone that wants to deal with Domo or use them for their services.

we first went to Domo when I was looking for granite worktop and splash backs for a bathroom. I received first class service from helpful staff who had a real 'can do' approach when helping us to select the right material for our requirements. In a short period, the worktop and splash backs were produced and, I was very pleased to with the quality and particularly the care shown when the workshops guys helped safely load and pack the granite for me to take away. The workshop staff took great care to make sure that the granite - which was in part delicate, was packed safely for transit. I was so impressed that we returned and ordered toughened glass splash backs for the kitchen. We were kept up to date with our order and, through the several conversations found that Dan and the rest of the team were very helpful and, more than happy to produce the order exactly to our specification. The large splash backs were produced exactly to our specification and delivered to us as agreed. I was very impressed by the robust packaging used which ensured that we got the glass in first class condition and we fitted them with ease. So impressed that we are going back to order more granite worktops for the utility.

I visited their showroom in slough got a good service from the sales person.
they sent samples and gave a good quote.
Got a template in about 2 weeks, there was a little confusion about the time but it worked out.
got really nice worktops fitted 10 days later.
It's a good idea to know exactly what the fitters need to do e.g. How taps etc are placed and how they fit with what the other trades are doing.

Really happy with end result would recommend.

Got my entire kitchen done with Domo last year. Fab end to end service and I couldn't be happier. It's beautiful. The team were amazing and extremely helpful especially as I'm so indecisive. I would highly recommend them.

I Bought my kitchen and granite tops from this company
they have a great choice of different stones and was very helpful from start to finish,

I had already had 2 kitchen plans from another company's but they very quickly pointed out design problems which they were able to resolve and come up with a better design plan .
The kitchen is of high quality

I would not suggest that anyone uses this company. They have fitted unsafe fittings that could cause harm. The jobs still isn't complete (6 weeks after the installation date) and the material is not at the quality that it should be - i.e. it acquires marks and dark spots with ease - ruining the appearance. When they have been asked to address these issues, they have said that they will whenever they can. Poor given that the sink fittings could cause physical harm. Do not use. Go elsewhere and save yourself any trouble.

I used domostone on a recomendation from a friend who used them some years ago. Had a quote same day, quick effecient and super staff who knew their stuff. Had a quartz worktop fitted in my kitchen and they recommended i use the wastage in a small vanity I had in the bathroom. Quick turnaround and all in company vehicles and clothes which I liked. The glass splashbacks then got measured and installed straight after the worktops. All in all a good recomendation and i was extremley happy as well.

Received fantastic service in finding the right piece of stone and shaping it for a fire hearth. All procedures done on-site and a good price and lead-time offered for this small job. I was impressed at being shown the workshop which was busy and looked tidy and efficient, even if i didn't know what all the machines did. Will definitely go back for help with the kitchen when we move.
