Donacci Avis 

I ordered two products from here and I thought this was a German company, but it is actually a Chinese company and the goods took about a month to arrive and were completely different products from what I ordered. is a scam company. do not order any products from here !!!!!

I ordered the suede bomber jacket and the product arrived with no the Donacci label. It clearly stated on the tag on the garment that it is 95% polyester and 5% Elastane. There is no leather associated with this product and certainly not suede. They advertise a 30-day return policy so I asked for a return label, which they say is the only way they would accept return, several times with no response. I believe this company is completely fraudulent.

Dacht aan een nederlandse winkel. Zie ik bij de bezorging dat het uit china komt. Waardeloze troep dacht een suede jasje te krijgen zoals op de sitr staat. Krijg ik een 95% polyster jasje dat er niet uitziet en gewoon een hele slechte kwaliteit ook. Nooit iets bestellen bij deze site zijn gewoon scammers.

I have left multiple messages, and have had no reply back from them. They cashed my order already, but I can't get a Tracking number, date of delivery, or a return message to my questions. After reading their reviews, this seems to be the way they do business. Now I'm crossing my fingers. I placed my order on 9/30/26 and have not seen anything yet. Ik wacht nu 24 dagen op een bestelling (een jas van 65,-) en besef dat die nooit gaat komen. Om het pakket te volgen moet ik een qr-code scannen, wat ik uiteraard niet doe, daar zit uiteraard een adder onder het gras. Ze kunnen me gewoon mailen hoe het zit met de verzending.

After 23 days it arrived but not at all the 'Kylian jacket' which I ordered and how it was described on the Donacci website.
There you can read:
100% cotton, heavyweight weave
Stand collar
Full metal front zip
Two zip chest pockets, two welt hand pockets
Adjustable button cuffs

Well, not at all cotton but 100% polyester according to the label. The two chest pockets weren't there, just zippers that led to nothing. And the whole 'jacket' is very flimsy and thin, no heavyweight weave at all, the total weight is less tha 500 gram.

Like many before me I say: avoid Donacci by all means, they are just criminals.

I ordered, what was advertised as luxury clogs, at £35.00.
The cheapest nasty beach sliders, you can buy from any budget store, for £5.00, arrived a full calendar month later.
They used photographs from reputable competitors to add authenticity to the deceit..
When I demanded a full refund, I was told they only offer a 10% refund, and I must cover the cost of returning the item, which is exorbitant.
I totally recommend you avoid this particular provider.

Ik wacht al meer dan drie weken op de verzending van mijn bestelling. Na 5 mails heen en weer stelde ze zelf voor een terugbetaling te doen. Toen ik hierop in ging kreeg ik te horen dat het tegen hun algemene voorwaarden is om een terugbetaling te doen.

Ik verwacht niets meer, maar bestel hier alsjeblieft niets.

Sept 11 I placed an order. I’ve written emails multiple times inquiry about delivery. Today. 10/15 I asked for a FULL refund. No reply. I’ll repeat NO REPLY and NO REFUND. Do not trust this company. Lawrence Hunter, Indianapolis, IN, USA.

One is the lowest it would let score this rip off pathetic company! I to get in touch with ombudsman in truth! Oh surprise surprise you can't call this company, JOkE SHOP!!!!!!! Disgusting

The item was very poor quality with loose threads, nasty material and the colour was very different from that advertised. Delivery time was acceptable. Returns are at customers expense.

Did not receive the item. Got the around via email for 2 weeks. Had to get my bank to reverse the charge.

Ordered a jacket, never arrived. Emailed and no reply. Utterly immoral. Karma is a b*tch though, they’ll get theirs.

Do not buy from. Purchased so clogs for £37.00. They were suppose to be leather. But they had plastic soles and uppers. Offered £3.70 refund or return to china at my expense.

Nearly a month and still waiting for even basic tracking information/ feel like this may be a scam site as all requests for cancellation and money back have been ignored
