Been with Done for a year
Been with Done for a year. All has been well until this month. Can't seem to get a response from anyone. Been out of medication for a week. Canceled subscription just a few minutes ago. Great service when it worked but 2 people with Done had to get gready...

Garbage
I was told to contact customer service and sent a link to do so which is booked two weeks out. No one has called me. I’ve emailed customer support over 10 times. I just want my money back which they withdrew from my account after my account had been deactivated for months (another thing that has happened multiple times), and the only reason i scheduled an appointment and gave this another shot is because an actual human being called me.

I’ve only been with Done for 3 months
I’ve only been with Done for 3 months, & until these past 2-3 weeks, I would have given Done a 10 stars out of 5. However, I’ve been trying to book an appt with my Dr for over a month. She went on vacation, said I would rcv care when she returned on 7/11. I’ve now been without my medication for 3 days. I’ve sent numerous request for Dr Appts, Cannot Get Prescriptions, Help with Support.Done.com, Consultation Inquiries, msgs directly to my Dr, msgs directly to the “Care Team”…. All I get is automated msg reply’s stating somebody will reply within 3 business days. All my requests have gone ignored.
I’ve searched for customer service telephone numbers, & the only 1 I’ve found IS NOT REAL!!!
I’m paying for services that I’m not rcvg. I started searching on the web, & found many others having the same issues with Done.
I’m hoping & praying that my Dr & the Done team will see the huge inconvenience they have caused their patients, & how incredibly frustrating. It’s not good to start patients on ADHD meds & leave their patients without meds for days and weeks.

Unresponsive, Completely Disappointed
I’ve always had a good experience in the past aside from the last two weeks which are incredibly concerning from a platform that is prescribing a medication. I’ve been trying to refill my prescription (same for the past year) and I’ve gotten the same generic response twice saying that I would receive a response in 3 days ???? I clicked on the link “if you need urgent support please schedule a call with our care team at a time that suits you“ to see that the soonest appointment is in two weeks and my providers soonest availability is in over a month from now. I requested a refill with plenty of time but now I am completely out of medication and supposed to be leaving for a three week trip to Europe. I am so unbelievably disappointed and frustrated. I didn’t realize that I would need to report to leaving negative reviews to hopefully get my prescription medication filled to go about living my daily life.

There needs to be a way to schedule…
There needs to be a way to schedule calls for urgent issues. Waiting 2 weeks for an appointment for “customer service” is insane, and the 3-5 day wait for a response is also insane. I have an urgent need that requires a person to talk to ASAP not in business days and weeks. So frustrating.
Edit: In response to the reply, I lost my medication after picking it up. I followed up with Costco to see if anyone turned it in, and was advised by Done support to file a police report, which I did, and they told me to schedule a call this morning, 07/12/24 so they could contact my provider with the police report to see if I could get an emergency early refill. There are no appointments until next week, and the link you provided in the rely does not allow me to schedule an appointment.
Edit: 716/24- I spoke with support yesterday (after luckily being able to schedule the last open appointment for 2 weeks, 7/15/24, about this issue and they said they would handle it urgently and remain in contact with me, I have heard nothing. Today would be my 6th day without medication if my pharmacist didn't advise me to go to urgent care, and that Dr didn't give me a weeks supply until I could contact my "provider." I told support I am leaving for vacation on Saturday, and need this to be handled by then. I am blown away by the absolute lack of support and contact through this process and once this is resolved I may be looking elsewhere for care, as this is not "care". There have been many small issues throughout my time with them that any normal provider would be able to handle with a phone call, but with Done, it turns into automated emails and a lack of available appointments.
It's also funny that whoever responds to these reviews got back to me faster than the "support" team. Not that it led to any resolution.

I have had my provider changed with no warning, there’s no appointments available with this provider and so now I can’t get a refill of my meds. I’ve been trying to get connected with the service team to see if I can get scheduled but it’s been over a week with no response. This is incredibly disappointing

By far the absolute worst customer…
By far the absolute worst customer service you can imagine, and then some!
It is IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with not only your assigned provider, but anyone...at all...who works for Done…not the Done Team/customer service, a hotline of any sort, provider's assistant etc.
If you enjoy consistently chasing people to do their job efficiently and effectively without receiving a response or any kind of update (not a word), then Done is the right company for you.
Doesn't matter what kind of request or how simple your question is because 100% guarantee it will not be resolved in a professional or timely manner. I have experienced nothing but prescription renewal delays (all at least a week or more before any action), completely ignored messages and appointment requests – every. single. month, since I joined – at least there’s one consistency there.
Perfect example, their customer service contact number simply goes to an automated message saying "please call us at ... " and it's the exact same number you called to hear the useless message, first go around. It does not even provide the option to speak with a team member or even leave a message. Not to mention, none of the links on their site OR features via the app work properly (haven't since I joined Done, a few months ago). My frustration as a customer is purely valid and unfortunately at the same level as this review (not sure what the monthly $80 fee is used for or who it goes to because no one seems to be present or work at the company.
I have truly been optimistic, and hoping the Done Team would utilize my numerous kind attempts to provide honest constructive feedback to correct and improve...however, working with this "company" is getting too painful. Waste of time chasing thin air and pulling teeth over something that will never be addressed and acknowledged in a way things should be handled in a medical provider setting.

Long time member - Sad to see it go
As with many other reviewers who have left comments here - I too have been a member of Done for 2 and a half years. Having been diagnosed by my PCP originally, I moved to Done because my PCP did not wish to provide long-term medication management and recommended I seek a specialist. Initially, Done was great. A little rocky at first with a few issues regarding prescriptions that took some time to resolve, but ultimately each time it was resolved. The last 12 months have been problem free - up until now. The DOJ has arrested the CEO and Clinical President of Done Global less than a month ago. It is quite evident by the recent reviews that many, if not all, of the care providers have resigned and/or fled resulting in no one being able to receive medication refills for the month of July. This is a huge issue, of course, but one that could (and should) be handled by communication from Done. Where do we stand right now? The company is acting as if nothing is wrong - yet it is obvious that they have all but gone under at this point. The fact that they are still actively charging people membership fees and even allowing new members to sign up while at the same time completely ghosting everyone in every way possible is an absolute sham. I could understand a big event like this having a major impact - and the appropriate way to handle it would be to issue a communication, freeze all memberships, actively work to restore service (if even possible - which seems doubtful in itself) and then work to transition members back to the service they are paying for. Instead - Done is not doing a single thing at this point and for the last 3 weeks other than charging fees. This alone borders on criminal. I'm sad to see this play out this way. The need for a service like this in this format is unbelievably strong. I fear the ongoing collapse of Done is going to have severe negative consequences on the future of businesses being able to offer any service like this, and that is a very sad truth for a large number of Americans who sought out this help.

Not to be Trusted with Mental Health
I have been using Done for about a year. Everything was going well up until this last month. After requesting a prescription refill in the middle of June the prescription was never sent. On the 17th of June they took the $80 fee for the service from my account. I would wait the 72 hours they required for a response, not get a response, and send a new message.
At some point at the end of June they said I was being reassigned, but that I would still get my prescription. I never did. Then around July 1st they just paused my account. They will not respond to my messages asking for an explanation. I get the standard reply that "they care" and will respond within 72 hours. I'm going through my 7th 72 hour cycle and don't anticipate getting a response on this one either.
Now unmedicated for about a month I am going through the long process of being connected with a real doctor who won't skip town in the night like this scam establishment has done. It's been difficult, but I'm doing my best to get through.
Don't trust your mental health to this shoddy group who either doesn't know how to or does not want to help their patients. It might be convenient for a while, but you don't want to end up out in the cold like me.

Communication wasn’t the best, went about a week and a half without responding to me. I ended up booking a call with the support team. Franz is a great customer care rep. Listened to my story, gave me helpful information, and accepted my account cancellation and refund request without argument. In a world of terrible customer service, get yourself a Franz!

Done with Done after experiencing medical negligence.
Unfortunately this is the fourth or fifth time in 2 years where I have not been prescribed my refill in time. The medication I am on cannot be stopped cold-turkey, must be tapered down to come off of, but I am expected to go 35+ days between 30 day supply refills. I have experienced hallucinations in the past when not receiving my prescriptions in a timely manner leading me to the conclusion that this company, and its providers, are medically negligent. You pay $80 a month to have to fight tooth and nail for a 30 day supply of a medication that helps you get through your day. I would honestly never recommend this service to anyone, and I hope others heed this warning. Again, this company and providers are medically negligent in their care. Beware.

GOOD AT FIRST THEN TERRIBLE …
They were great up until last month when they decided to charge my monthly payment 4 times for a total of $280 and then tell me that my clinician has resigned. So now after being on 40mg of adderall everyday for 6 months now I have to go through withdrawals on top of the PTSD/Depression from the military. I am not impressed and do not recommend using done. Unfortunately they will be hearing from my lawyer

I have been with DONE for over a year and have greatly appreciated their services - until lately.
I have ADD and reside in a small town where it is challenging to find a healthcare provider who will not only listen to me but also prescribe the necessary medication. Therefore, my current DONE provider has been a great help.
While I am uncertain about the current situation within the company, it seems evident from other feedback I have seen that there is definitely something amiss.
I submitted a request for my monthly refill on July 2nd. Initially, my provider indicated that it had been processed, but later informed me that a 4 month follow-up was due. Not a problem… I get online to schedule it, only to discover the soonest appointment is July 16. A whole two weeks after my refill was due. As a result, I have experienced distressing withdrawal symptoms for and despite reaching out to the DONE support team multiple times for assistance, I have not received a response.
Although I appreciate the appointment scheduled for the 16th, the past two weeks have been extremely challenging for me mentally and my ability to perform effectively at work has been significantly impacted.
I hope that any current issues within the DONE organization are resolved promptly, for my sake and for others who rely on this service.

Submitted a renewal request in June and was ignored. Reached out to support twice with no response. Now when I log into my account, I'm greeted by a message saying that my account is being transferred to another provider. Poor communication and questionable practices.
