SCAM!!!!

If I could seriously give this website and their services zero stars I would!! This is definitely a SCAM!!! I was charged 99 dollars twice! And All they do is cancel your appointment right before it happens!! They’re customer service is the worse I’ve ever experienced!

Total scam

Didn't respond to multiple requests for a (non-adderall) monthly medication they prescribed for more than a month. Rescheduled appointments day of, both times saying the provider was getting married. Customer service never actually read requests or complaints.

SCAM

SCAM. Charged me twice for the same thing. Then, when I pointed it out, they refused to refund the extra charge and wouldn't even explain how it happened. That's stealing. No excuse.

Not a long term solution for care

When I first started my journey, I was relieved and thrilled. The process was easy and I felt heard. My clinician was knowledgeable and helpful.
As of recently, I have been extremely disappointed. I had an appointment scheduled, then was informed my account was “under review” due to my practitioner leaving and needing to be assigned a new one. I have been without my Rx for a month now, and have emailed twice to try and get an appointment. I have gotten no where. Now, I received an email that I am no longer a fit for this platform. What a joke and a waste of time. I paid my bill on time, and “showed up” for my scheduled appointments. And now they are “releasing” me with no help or medication refills to get me through until I am able to find new care.
There is no accountability for them and getting an actual answer as to what is going on is nearly impossible. It has created a headache and more work for me.

I used to love this program but the…

I used to love this program but the last two months have been horrible. I had am appointment scheduled and when I went to log on, it had disappeared after waiting a month for it! I now have to wait another 5 weeks. I'm in need of a refill and have messaged and called every way I can and still no refill!! It's very unprofessional that they can mess with mental health medications like this! Something has to be done. I don't think it's my nurse practitioner that is the problem, I think it's the company. If anyone has suggestions on how to get them to fill my prescription I'd really appreciate it! Trying to find an adhd psychiatrist locally but they all seem to be booked 5 months out

If I could give this company 0 stars I…

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.

There are many reasons for me leaving this review some of them being the non existent customer service, once they take your payment and have the first initial appointment they kick you to the wayside, and many more things.

I've been waiting nearly 2 months now for a prior authorization on my medication so my insurance will cover it and they leave the wrong fax number, so it never goes through, my insurance has been trying to contact them but the nunber that is listed goes right to voicemail everytime.

The customer assistance number that they provide does the same thing. You can set up an appointment but when they do call you, they blame it on the insurance or that they are understaffed and they will call you back within the day with an update. But they never do!

The first "doctor" I had only did my initial appointment, when I had follow up questions about my medication being under review, I sent several questions and the automated messages said I would hear back in no longer than 3 days.....I waited a month before spamming the support team, when they finally answered, they said that they had fired the doctor and never had the decency to inform me.

I would highly recommend not using this service and going somewhere else for the amount of money they take from you and with the non existent customer service.

I really like that this program has…

I really like that this program has helped with my medication management. Although, I have been between providers twice now and had to wait for a new one to get medication. I wanted to try to get an increase, although now I do not have a provider again. I would recommend this program except for that one thing.

I requested my subscription be canceled…

I requested my subscription be canceled months ago after it had already been declining my card then I requested them to cancel it directly and they did not. They are thieves who prey on the mentally ill. My card was charged this morning and the customer service is only via email and says to expect 3 days to respond.

The link provided below in my response leads to a website that says no appointments are available. You can find my multiple emails to your general customer service inbox and address it that way.

Almost perfect

My general experience has been pretty good so far (3rd month in). The only gripe I have is that I've been waiting for 5 days now to have my prescription refilled and I'm without my antidepressant which isn't great so I did 4 stars instead of 5. But other than that, I really have no complaints

Had a rocky start but overall they fix there mistakes and it’s been smooth ever since. They might take a day to get back to but they will. So if you need something ask a few days ahead and not the last minute. But overall I’m satisfied. Thank you

This company should be INVESTIGATED.

I am curious why there is no 0-star option, and why I have to give at least 1 star. To be honest, I should first blame myself because one of my friends warned me about this.
Firstly, idk it has how man years i am struggling with this illness i have never seen a provider told me she doesn't give more than 30mg to anybody, so i should see someone in person for such dosage. Why?Because she just doesn't and i was transferred to someone else right away. What a principle. :))
Second,I was referred by him to get a discount, but neither of us received it. After many emails, they sent mine as a refund, but he didn't get his because, as he said, he's tired of dealing with them, and it can take months.
Third, as a student, I couldn't verify my email. I sent an email to the support team on July 18th, which received no response. I sent another on July 31st. By August 15th, they finally responded, but it was clearly not a customized email, and by that time, all my bills were paid in full.
The only thing that works great is that no matter what, they take their money, and you have to fight to get what belongs to you. To be clearer, the company does this systematically, CLEARLY at the level of a CRIME. It's obviously aimed at discouraging customers. In such cases, proof is sometimes difficult because eventually an answer is given, and they ensure that the customer gives up on the solution request by prolonging the problem with so-called misunderstandings. My friend is the best example of this.
I think the company should be investigated, especially for solution requests in the financial field. While these solution requests are being formed and you're trying to get them to solve the problem, there's a regular monthly payment from your card. Can you imagine, despite only being able to get a prescription 9 times a year due to these problems, you're charged a 12-month membership fee? They know no one will count this.
I have never benefited from a student discount, my friend did not receive his money from the referral, and there are thousands of customers like us.

Unresolved Prescription Renewal, Appointment Cancellation, No Responses

Incredibly dissatisfied with the service I have received over the past month. As a patient with Donefirst for the past two years, I have encountered issues with response times and medication fulfillment before, but the recent situation is beyond unacceptable.

On July 29, I submitted a request for a prescription renewal and was informed that it would take up to 3 days to process. It has now been 18 days, and I have not received any update despite multiple follow-ups on my part. This lack of communication is extremely concerning.

Additionally, I was notified this morning that my scheduled consultation with my provider for today at 5:00 PM has been canceled. Given the previous delays and lack of response, this cancellation further exacerbates the situation and leaves me without the necessary medication and support.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the level of service and communication provided. I'm not confident that anything will happen other than a generated response to this review telling me they are sorry that my experience does not meet the high level of care that they strive to uphold and to reach out to the doneUrgentLine URL as they did with all the others..

Complete scammers

Complete scammers. Stole over $400 from me. Withholding my records now which is illegal. Their CEO got arrested for fraud & it's no surprise at all. This company pretends to help you a couple times then completely screws you over & steals your money, never responds! I hope there's a class action lawsuit!!!
