I have tried for over 18 days to get a…

I have tried for over 18 days to get a response from customer support. I scheduled the phone call. I was in my kitchen and literally sprinted to the room my phone was in. It rang two times then hung up.

They don't respond to emails. They have a 3+ day period to get someone to call you on the phone. I am not a super needy person. The previous lady I was talking to apparently quit and the wait time in between appointments is over a month to have a "transfer of care follow up".

I literally just need my emails and consultations answered on your website. It's been 18 days.

I gave Done a second chance and I’m glad I did!

Done really has one of the best protocols for helping patients get the treatment they need. I haven’t needed customer service however I’ve noticed improvements in the doctor I was assigned and the flow of the service I’ve been receiving. I was given clear directions on refills and when I would need to follow up with my doctor again, which was very helpful.
I highly recommend Done to anyone looking for easy, accessible, care from the comfort of your home.

Good Provider, Cant Say the Same For The Company

My provider sent my script to my local Publix so I wrongly assumed that my refill would go there too. It instead went to RxOutreach which charges almost 3x the price ($70) for seeming degraded (not nearly the same potency), off-brand medication. I refused delivery and have been ignored ever since. It has been a month now since the issue came up and two weeks since my provider transferred the case to the Done team and I've yet to hear from an actual human despite multiple automated emails saying they would reach out "within 3 business days." It's cheaper than any provider in my area, but I'm no longer convinced the price difference is worth not having a phone number you can call and not having any recourse if they decide to just take your money and provide no service.

Do Not Recommend: Unreliable and Unresponsive

I was directed to request a refill five days in advance of needing it. I did so, and I waited five days with no response. I made a second request on the sixth day, and I still received no response. I have now made a third request, and have since run out of medication. I am considering canceling this subscription as soon as I can get an appt with a local physician. It is not dependable and I would not recommend it to anyone needing predicable and consistent support.

Trash

I put in a request for my records. My own records, that i need in order to verify information for a job, and its been a month with NO response. Do not bother calling them, or their urgent care line. Unless you want to wait 2-3 weeks for a call, in which they will just tell you to wait more, because they arent actually employees.

I highly doubt they are that busy, considering that you can clearly see their team is responding to reviews within a few days. The fact that you have to make a review on an obscure website to get some help says enough about the service as it is.

Also ignored for weeks

Also ignored for weeks. I’ve scheduled. 4 “urgent calls” that they’ve suggested I do in other reviews, and not a single call. I do have an appt this week with my new NP that I was involuntarily transferred to. This will be my third transfer that I didn’t ask for (my initial NP Stephanie was amazing and I felt so comfortable with her). I’ve been without meds for weeks and no response except what they copy and paste to respond here. Giving 3 stars so it actually shows up for other people. I’m paying 80$ a month for healthcare that appears to be a defunct or out of comission.

Request for renewal and help ignored. …

I have used Done for over a year and have been very pleased with the service up until now. This past month I put in my renewal request and allowed for the appropriate 3 business days for processing before following up. It has now been a month and my request has been sitting there ignored. I have submitted several other requests with no response and submitted a help ticket which was closed with no response. There is no phone number to call and speak with a real person for help. Meanwhile, I was charged for the monthly service while all attempts to reach somebody were ignored and my request just sat there. I have been without medication during this whole month and suffering because of this.

Stay far away

This company seemed like a great thing a few years ago. Getting a psychiatrist in my area is quite difficult especially during covid. While the service claims they save you money. This is really only in the initial start up. The eighty dollar fee every month builds up. Compared to what would be just a fifteen dollar copay, from a traditional psychiatrist. However, they were quite convenient and money really wasn't a problem for me. Considering I do have adhd the traditional method of obtaining treatment is unfortunately very daunting for me. The real problem is that providers for the company are fleeing. I got a message saying that my provider has switched and that I needed to meet with them before I could fill my prescription. This wasn't really a problem until I found out I couldn't make an appointment. Their support team while at first seemed to be willing to try to help. Realistically they were just pushing me along. The moment I asked to get my medical records, I was completely ghosted. Once I finally poked around on the internet, I found out why. The CEO of done first has been arrested. I'm surprised to see that they are still advertising their services because they can't even provide for their current customers. Do yourself a favor stay far away.

Discharged from treatment no warning

Talked with my provider last month, he said we would continue with current treatment. Went to get a refill and it says I’ve been discharged from treatment. There is no one to call or email, I had to make an appointment for 5 days from now, meanwhile I have no meds. What a shitshow.
UPDATE: link does not work. If you cared about patients you would contact them instead of giving us this run-around. You can’t mess with peoples mental health like this.

I’ve been with Done since 2022 and I…

I’ve been with Done since 2022 and I have been diagnosed with ADHD since I was 12 years old. Everything with them had been going fine until last week they decided to change my prescriber.

I had previously had a wonderful prescriber who was aware of my medical history etc and she worked well in providing my needs unfortunately this prescriber was very judgmental from the start asked me about my medical history or any medication I currently take (I do take medicine when I get migraines) which is rarely and bc of that she said she was taking me off my medication. I have a primary care doctor AND neurologist who are both aware that I take medicine and have approved me taking my medication for adderall however she asked me to go to an outpatient doctor.

The reason I did done in the first place is bc I live in a rural area and psychiatrric doctors are hard to see and also keep up with on a 3 month basis.

She took me off my medication that I’ve been taking on and off for the last 15 years WITH NO WARNING. When you have a disabilitating adhd and someone takes you off your medication this can ruin lives and health.

I would forever be warm people to stay away from this company, you cannot get ahold of anyone and the practitioner here made me feel judged and was absolutely terrible to me. This is the worst I experience I have ever felt in a medical situation. They have offered no support or help so far.

Everything was good doctor wise but…

Everything was good doctor wise but having to bend over backwards to get my script filled has me at a breaking point there’s no customer service there’s no one to call nothing I’ve sent 7 emails begging them to call and approve my prescription with no call back or nothing this is pathetic

We shouldn’t have to bed for customer service when paying such a premium I’m debating switching to a local primary/physician to avoid this issue for now on and I’ve used done for over 1-2 years already

Done with Done

I received no service, never participated in an evaluation or session and from May 27 to June 6, paid $298 for nothing. I disputed the charges because of the misrepresentation and initially was granted a charge reversal. During the process and after I cancelled my account, Done attempted to steal more money from me. The attempt was unsuccessful because I froze my card. Ultimately, my claim was denied. I cancelled the credit card because I did not trust Done to be done. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I’ve been trying to get my refill…

I’ve been trying to get my refill renewed for 9 days now with no responses whatsoever. I’ve sent consultation requests but with no direct phone number there’s no way for me to know if my provider is on vacation or left or just if the company went under. Incredible that a company working for mental health would just let subscribers run out of their meds without any option to contact besides “sit and wait”.

EDIT (8/2): Still no response from Done even after providing the follow up information they requested in their response and emailing customer service. Don't waste your time or your trust with this company.

This was an extremely helpful

This was an extremely helpful and easy experience. My clinician was attentive and in tune with my needs and concerns. This entire experience took away the feeling of stigma that is often associated with treatment. I could not recommend this service more. I was originally referred by a colleague who had similar concerns, and was assured that this was the place to get treatment. I am beyond happy that she was correct in leading me here!

Not very helpful customer service

I feel like I don’t get a lot of communication from Done. and I am required to bend over backwards sometimes to get my perscription filled. I shouldn’t have to hunt down someone to make a monthly perscription refill…there is no direct line to call and every time I email they say 3 business days. It has not been almost a month of no refill and no real contact.

Horrible experience

I'm a very busy new dad and business owner and have never taken the time to write a 1-star review. But if my story helps spare one person from the pain of dealing with this company, it was time well spent.

So I Paid $200 for an initial Zoom consultation that the provider never showed up for. I just sat in the 'waiting room' for 45-min like a chump. I finally got ahold of a human being to request a refund, at which point generic case was opened up and promptly closed without any resolution. Then they took the liberty of scheduling a make-up appointment without any consideration for my availability, which I could not attend, and was told that if I didn't show up I'd be charged a no-show fee.

I did eventually receive a partial refund after threatening legal action, but good god what a carnival of horrors this company is.

No one ever replied back to me

No one ever replied back to me. I first contacted my provider on 7/11 for a refill and then last week after I didn't get a reply asking what I should do.
