We purchased donor sperm for treatment in the UK. Following egg retrieval all straws were non-viable. Our clinic confirmed they correctly thawed the samples so the issue lies with the sperm bank or delivery process. Our eggs had to be frozen and we have incurred thousands in additional treatment costs as a result. The sperm samples were replaced but no compensation provided so we are significantly out of pocket due to the defective samples.

I arrived at my AirBnB to find that the internet wasn't working, and was STILL able to click around on those donor pages I'd saved, click on their pictures and the drop down price menu.
