Customer service was awesome, they recommended a different color for my sunglasses since the ones in my order were out of stock, and i liked it better! Seamless shopping experience from start to end, fast shipping , and items came in perfect condition. My shades are beautiful!

My item arrived well packaged and in good condition. My first time buying from them, and my package arrived well-packaged and exactly as described. Fast delivery, authentic products, and a premium overall experience. I would definitely shop here again.

The stocked sizes look reasonable but not reliable. When asked for measurement, the e-mail was replied to but no further detail regarding the requested measurement.
No shop on Google street view. Even if it's an online outlet, the online site should be more integrated.
Reliable followers on their social media are very little.
I'm a regular US-site shopper and I happened to see what I wanted to buy on their site but was very doubtful when it comes to the return policy of just 2 days after delivery. This is very unusual for an online site and it has raised many red flags.
Overall, it does not appear to be a legit site to me and I didn't want to try and buy the item from the site. Luckily, I found what I wanted on Grailed. If not, I would have bought it with them with all the said risks
