Superior Experience
I had the pleasure of engaging Don Paella Catering Corp. for a party at my home. Both the chef and assistants were excellent! They were very professional and courteous with me and my guests. They went around and inquired how they could further ensure we enjoyed their appetizers and food. I can't wait to hire them again!

Hard to reach
I'm booking them for my wedding because of the prices and good reviews online but they were almost impossible to get a hold of! We had to send numerous emails and call every day for weeks until finally getting a response. It's almost like they don't want our business or just don't have enough employees to answer the phone and dedicate the time that is needed.

The BEST paella in ALL of Miami!!
I have been to many parties where there is some paella guy there and let me tell you if its not Don Paella its not the best paella in Miami! I have been contracting with Don Paella for years and there is nobody out there like them!!!
