Dooctor.ie - Ennis Avis 22

I had an appointment for my daughter to have stitches removed from her back. The lady at reception was kind and nice. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the doctor. She didn’t know how to remove one stitch, so she decided to leave it in and cut the ends that were supposed to be pulled out. She also said that the non-dissolvable stitches would dissolve on their own. After she gave us a referral letter to the hospital, the nurse there removed the stitch quickly and easily, even though the doctor had already cut the ends of the stitch. For me personally, it is not acceptable that you go to a doctor expecting help, but instead the situation is made worse.

Awful experience, booked my phone consultation for 10.15 after calling twice eventually got a call at 12.00. Doctor told me not to take the antibiotic for 2 more days despite having told him I had a long haul flight in 2 days, and that’s why I had called them. Eventually got the antibiotic, but when I went to the pharmacy it wasn’t there and they had no record of it. They sent the prescription to a pharmacy in Dublin, I live in Clare!! Shocking service, will not be using it again.

It's been several weeks, and multiple visits, and I still DON'T know what's wrong with me. I also don't know what I should be doing going forward.....I'm STILL in serious pain!! They are refusing to give me my scan results which I have already paid for (€305) on top of the €120 I paid this "doctor". Please heed these reviews.... Check the other reviews who went through the same experience as me. Avoid at all costs.....or you'll spend money for no reason, with no recourse

Excellent service got a phone consultation lovely doctor rang me back explained my symptoms she also took medical history. Call was not rushed and script was sent to my local pharmacy. Very good price also highly recommend

Quick and easy no hassle. No waiting times

I visited the Ennis office to get a prescription. Everyone at the office was helpful and friendly.

However, when I got to my pharmacy, I was informed I had been prescribed the wrong medication. I called the clinic and they insisted they had prescribed the correct medication (the two have very similar names). My pharmacist followed up since I was unable to get anywhere with the doctor at the clinic. My pharmacist also had a very difficult time getting the staff to believe there had been a mistake. Finally she was able to get me my correct medication, but they would only give me a month's worth instead of the expected 3 month supply. Not much for a five minute, fify euro visit.

I was off my medication for a week (yes, I should have been more organised - live and learn) and was having bad withdrawal symptoms.

People make mistakes. However, I was put in a very vulnerable position because a doctor refused to admit a mistake had been made. I'm very lucky my pharmacist was able to advocate for me. She is a star.

As a traveler and being unsure where to go, I am glad I went to dooctor.ie
The doctor was professional and helpful although I was the last patient of the day. Instructions were very clear. Receptionist was kind & helpful.

TERRIBLE.
My wide has been waiting on a doctors report since January. Repeated visits, Multiple phone calls, and emails and we are ignored time and time again.
Reception tell you they will get back to you and do nothing.
You try and get in contact further up the chain and you are ignored.
Useless. Absolutely useless.

This was my first time visit to dooctor.ie, and on a Bank Holiday Monday, which was very busy, as expected. I found the service to be very professional and efficient. Pauline on Reception was great, very informative, and could not have been more helpful. The Doctor even checked to see which Pharmacy was open locally on a Bank Holiday and sent my script there which I was able to collect immediately. I would highly recommend.

Went there recently and had a horrible experience! Absolutely would not recommend. I wish I read more reviews about this place, because I feel like I got treated really badly. First I got misdiagnosed and when I wanted to ask questions or give him more information about my condition the male doctor would just cut me off and send me home. So sense of respect.

Got appointment when I needed it. Service was very efficient and friendly

The lady on reception was really friendly and welcoming. We were walk-ins. Our wait time was approx. 30mins,
The doctor attended to my partner, listened to his chest, referred him to get an x-ray at the local hosp, which is handy. Prescribed antibiotics in the meantime. Awaiting x-ray appointment. For our 1st time visit, no complaints apart from the music on the radio 😀

Amazing service with very warm and welcoming reception staff. One lady in particular Pauline had me smiling as sick as I was. The doctor is quick and the service is fast. Do get in early if you can and you're seen almost immediately

The doctor was fabulous! Listened to me, didn’t rush, did a full assessment and gave me prescription which was emailed directly to my pharmacy. Sick cert was printed and given to me on the spot. So pleasant and would highly recommend! Impossible to get an appointment with my regular Gp these days so it’s great to have this professional service on our doorstep! I only gave 4 stars instead of 5 because it was very busy and there was a long wait!

Not worth the money
I have ear infection and upper stomach problem
Went 2 times to Ennis clinic but the ear infection is stil there.
For my stomach, they asked me to send in stool and blood sample. I waited for a month and didnt hear from them.
And when I called back, they said I had to send in another sample again without explaining the reason why.
Worst thing ever!
