Delivery costs
Have tried to order door handles from this company at cost off around £40 it delivery company thinks mainland scotland is offshore and wants to charge £20. Absolute disgrace

We’re sorry to hear you’re disappointed with the delivery charge. Unfortunately, delivery costs are set by our courier and are outside of our control. Certain areas of mainland Scotland do incur an additional delivery charge based on the courier’s pricing.
We understand this can be frustrating, and we’re sorry this has affected your experience. Further information about our delivery charges and the areas affected can be found on our Delivery Information page on our website.

Very poor process for me
Very poor process for me , order things on website to find they can’t find them in the warehouse , eventually found some items that were delivered , but well past the delivery date that was set originally, still waiting for some other items but it seems over been refunded for those now , so overall a terrible experience

very happy
the handles are made well and with a suitable material. The screws supplied fit into the handles well but they were too long for my doors. They seem to be a universal size so it was easy to get shorter screws for my doors.
The handles arrived in good time and packed appropriatly.

Confusing advert
Tha advert showed photos of a 35mm dia handle but the description stated a different size . I sent a request to them that I wanted the 35mm not the larger one to match ones I already had. That was ignored as I received the larger ones. I have moved my old handle as round the bedroom so the large handles are on the robes and the smaller on the drawers , not what I wanted but there are more things to worry about in this world than the size of handles .
