Employees were professional and courteous on both ends of the trip. The storage unit itself had a good amount of wear-and-tear and didn't seem too durable, although all of our items arrived in one piece and on time.

Prompt and efficient
I needed a storage unit just before July 4 weekend. Most places said forget it. Here Door to Door rep went way out of his way and got me a unit which came on time and was pick up promptly. Great service

Great value for a good service
Can't beat their prices and convenience. The unit is a little small but worked just fine for two people in a one bedroom. Our lock did break off along the road (probably from bouncing around the truck), which was unsettling, but they replaced it when they noticed with a new lock. I'm told they're updating many containers which will be a good move. Also, customer service was excellent. Overall, highly recommend Door to Door

Best moving experience ever!!!
Ok, moving could be a really stressful situation on its own, but Door to Door made it so much easier.
My husband and I were moving from Princeton to LA and this company was the best option in just about every aspect. Time, money and excellent customer service. I have been recommending you guys with all my postdocs friends, and since we move a lot we will for sure use them again.

Issaquah WA to Scottsdale AZ
Moved from Seattle area to Phoenix area. Used 2 Pods. Every aspect from initial phone contact to final delivery of Pods was perfect. They were on time, polite and no damage from weather or transport. They kept me informed in ample planning time and accommodated every special request we had without hesitation. I found their rate as quoted to be reasonable, (no up charges) and in fact significantly less then the other pod company I got quoted from. I fully recommend them

Door-to-Door Service and Then Some
We hired Door-to-Door on a recent move for an adult daughter from the Los Angeles area to the Indianapolis area. Not the usual going off to college move - but to an apartment, including most furnishings, kitchenware, clothing, etc, fitting in two pods. The quote (while not cheap) was better than any of the competitors with which I spoke - and there were no hidden charges at the beginning or the end. The only negative was that the young man who signed us up was not clear on some of the delivery details. We thought delivery was a date certain (and planned getting to Indy accordingly), but were informed when the pods didn't arrive on delivery day that it was just an estimate, and the pods arrived two days later. The delivery process more than made up for this delay, however, since it turned out that the receiving company in Indy unpacked the pods, when we were expecting to have to do so ourselves, and they did so quickly and efficiently, placing furniture as we requested within her apartment. The only (very minimal) damage was through our packing errors at our hands (a mug, a plate, and the top of a plastic box). All around, a very positive experience, and I would use Door-to-Door again for a cross-country move.
