Shocking company, do not waste your time. I eventually got my door after 4 weeks.
Chased on numerous occasions and was promise call backs, never happened.

Absolutely terrible experience.
Spent over £500 on a fire door and received no order confirmation — which is apparently an optional extra here. When I chased it, I was told I might get confirmation “later today or tomorrow”… very reassuring.
Cancelling was easy. Getting a refund? Not so much. Endless excuses — accounts “working from home”, “on lunch”, “busy”, “waiting for approval”… take your pick.
Funny how the refund was suddenly processed once I mentioned Trading Standards.
If you’re in the market for frustration rather than a fire door, you’ve just found the right supplier.
I ordered my door on 14/01/26 and was told it would take 7-10 working days for the door to be delivered. Today is now 2/03/26, and it was finally delivered after chasing loads promised 6 different delivery dates, ignoring emails, and finally, the door was delivered, but it is the wrong door finish. Explained this to them, only to get a blunt email to say it was pressed with cherry veneer. AWFUL COMPANY TO DEAL WITH. I WISH I HAD READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE I ORDERED. THIS JUST SEEM TO BE THE NORMAL FOR THIS COMPANY, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, NO COMMUNICATION. SO HAPPY I ONLY ORDERED ONE DOOR AS A TEST AND NOT ALL 186 FOR THE HOTEL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND OR USE THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN. THE ONLY TWO 5 STAR REVIEW THEY HAVE IS FROM THE SAME PERSON SO YOU KNOW ITS FAKE.
I very rarely leave reviews; however, on this occasion I feel it is necessary to share my experience.
I placed an order approximately two months ago for a door advertised with next-day delivery. After several weeks without receiving the product or any communication, I attempted to contact Door Valley multiple times by both phone and email to request an update. Unfortunately, I received no response.
I have since requested a refund on several occasions, as the order remains unfulfilled months later, but again have had no communication or resolution.
Due to the continued lack of response and progress, I am now pursuing the matter directly with my bank. I hope Door Valley takes steps to improve its communication and order management processes to prevent similar situations for other customers.
Shocking company. Every week being told its been delayed, only for the next week being told the exact same thing. Been waiting for a month and its still not arrived.
Will never use this company again
Delivery was promised on various days and then failed to deliver. Had to contact the company repeatedly to get an update about the delivery and it appeared that no one seemed to know what was happening with our order. Will never use Door Valley again
Failed 3x to deliver products, costing usa a massive delay on site.
As per usual we expirenced amazing service from Door Valley Company and was very impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of their staff. A special thank you to Ropiya, Dewangani and Harpreet — they were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience smooth and pleasant. I highly recommend door valley to anyone looking for great customer service and reliable support. Amazing 🤩
We have been using Door Valley for over 2 years now and they have been good to me.
I have read a few negative comments but I don’t understand I have never experienced this.
We buy from 1 to 10 doors at a time and each time , and we are looked after by Ropiya, who is always a pleasure to deal with.
Mainly fire doors, every time perfect quality.
Their delivery process is amazing, today we had Harpreet( I hope he doesn’t mind me naming him) he went above and beyond 10/10 service. Thanks see you soon
0 stars if it was an option! I ordered from this company back in June - communication before payment was great but as soon as it was paid for, endless problems. Failed to deliver twice when promised and then I emailed to cancel my order and they’ve never communicated since. Told several times I’d get a call back and several emails ignored. Still haven’t delivered what I paid for or issued me a refund. Had to report this as fraud through my bank!
Order some doors following a conversation with their sales staff who assured me the doors were in stock. After I paid, it turned out that the doors had not been in stock. now I cannot get a response or my money back. total firm of con artists!! stay away at all costs.
Ordered just one door which didn't arrive when expected. Contacting them is not worth the effort, total failure to call back and then my calls went to voice mail. As with others I cannot recommend and would advise looking elsewhere; this is some of the worst customer service I've encountered recently!
Don’t bother with this company I bought two bespoke fire doors from them for a school and all the lippings had fallen off (except those held on by the hinges) within 4 months. They offered to come to take the doors away to be repaired - 3 to 4 week turnaround-but as they were aware, the doors were final exit doors so this would mean closing the school. They refused to replace the doors. Lippings were low grade softwood not fit for purpose. Doors were painted before fitting and again after fitting Dont waste your time.

Didn't go perfectly but they tried to make it right.
The initial ordering of the doors was ok although they are terrible at responding to emails, but when dealing with Christy on the phone he was pleasant and helpful.
The doors did arrive albeit on an earlier date than specified and we hadn't yet finalised the accompanying ironmongery as discussed. The doors were ok quality (reasonably priced fire rated doors with glass) but one had slight damage on delivery.
Things went a bit off the rails when it came to the ironmongery which didn't get delivered, from there on in and I was pretty unhappy and frustrated with the service.
It was a couple of weeks later that Christy (the director) called and apologised and at least tried to make amends. Apparently things went a bit off the rails due to a factory relocation.
If I was to fault them on one key factory, it is bad communication, especially with emails. Hopefully they are learning to correct these issues for others.
